This was our first experience about Solicitors choose option to buy a new home, I was quoted by them and after receive a email confirmation with the total fees we choose to instruct them, we had pay £90 for the service, this company instruct another to deal with us, in the end we pay more £700 after all and they not help us anyway to understand the reason for that, simply disgusting from their side, AVOID this place at all!!!
