Fantastic service! Neil was very efficient in getting me the information and then the process of implementing the change went very smoothly. We will definitely use them again in the future!

There is another comment re spam emails. This is even more serious. Not only are they apparently sending unwanted emails to individuals, they are apparently not complying with the disclosure requirements of The Company, Limited Liability Partnership and Business (Names and Trading Disclosures) Regulations 2015. Not only does this render the company and the individual sender liable to a fine, but it also means that a judge may order that they cannot pursue or defend a claim in the courts that relies on these emails as evidence.

Still sending spam emails to private individuals who have not opted in, even though they have been told over and over that this is illegal.

If they can't be trusted to obey the law about email, then why would you trust them with your gas and electricity?

Neil who I dealt with was very efficient and dealt with our queries quickly.

Neil was really helpful, quick to respond to emails and found us great deals, particularly as we are unable to make direct debit payments. We have now moved both Gas & Electricity contracts this year and have saved money. In addition, we are also supporting a local supplier, who are far more efficient than the bigger utility companies we were using previously.

Neil Shepard and his colleague were always at hand to guide us through the experience seamlessly. Would most definitely look again to National Power and Gas when renewing our next energy contracts.
