Excellent customer service
I have done a few bathrooms with the panels now and am very satisfied by the customer service. There were discoloured panels on one order, but they had replacements (with extra) with me very quickly. Jobs went without a hitch and they go in extremely easily. If they would do a better range of trims/edging they would be a one stop place.

Could be more helpful.
The size of the “tiles” were dissimilar, and would not match up so we ended up having to stagger them to make it look ok. They were a mix of squares and rectangles although the picture on your website they appeared to be rectangular. There were no sizes given for the “tile pattern” only for the panel.
Also contacted the company to ask about the colours of the edges etc but was told they were not allowed to help with this.
However now finished the bathroom looks good.

Have used this company before and was very happy with the wall panels.
We have since moved and we are renovating our bathroom. So I had no hesitation in using this company again. Wall panels are beautiful, all delivered on time. A big shout to Martin the delivery guy, he brought in all the wall panels ect without hesitation and was very polite and mindful of our property. Thankyou National Plastics.

Super quick and efficient delivery
My order was very easy to place. Multiple ways to pay online, great website and the prices are very competitive.
I ordered on a Monday evening and it arrived on Wednesday morning at 7am, delivered by Martin.
Martin was great, he brought my panels to my front door and offered help to bring them inside.
Very friendly service.

I ordered two samples of shower panels and received an email to say the company had got my order. With in half an hour I got another email to say they had been dispatched.
