The quality of the pearls is better than anything you would typically see on the retail market. Easy to deal with both online and on the phone.

Credit card was compromised within hours of making a purchase. I can get no one from the company to help me, let along answer their customer service line. Horrible customer service.

The pearl pendant purchased looks very good. On the other hand, the morning after I ordered the pendent, someone charged my credit card for purchases until my credit card caught the theft and terminated the card. I sent this information that someone had stolen my credit card at National Pearl and I never heard a response from the company. I cannot deal with a company with lax security and the poor customer service to not respond to an email or as far as I know, address the credit card theft problem.

I have purchased several items from National Pearl over the years. Their merchandise is lovely and the price is reasonable for the quality received. Love the choices you can make, such as pearl size, color, grade, metal used, metal color and length.

Black pearls were beautiful! Lack of tracking info knocked this review down a star but very pleased.

Only complaint is I never got a confirmarion of my order. This resu,ted in the Order being placed twice.

I bought the Japanese Akoya pearl set for myself, I bought the ivory tone with white gold magnetic clasp. The clasp was a great decision 've made, it is so easy to put it on and take it off. The website was easy to navigate and the delivery was super fast. I would totally recommend National Pearl to everyone. Prior to this purchase, I had also purchased a Japanese "black" Akoya pearl set. I wish they offer the service for restringing the pearls so I can replace the traditional clasp with the magnet one. Will be shopping again soon....Thank you National Pearl, for great product, customer service, and the shipping department.
