The online White Card course I attended today was delivered in a manner that was both effective and engaging.
Throughout the Zoom session, I remained actively involved in the learning process due to trainer Eshan’s supportive and approachable teaching style. He fostered a collaborative learning environment, encouraged participation, and communicated the course content in a clear and practical way.

A particular strength of the training was the use of real-life workplace incident scenarios, which helped reinforce the seriousness of workplace health and safety responsibilities and the importance of maintaining safe work practices as White Card holders. I also appreciated the trainer’s emphasis on the “Work Safe, Home Safe” message, as it reinforced the broader purpose of workplace safety beyond mere compliance.

Additionally, the trainer’s approach of introducing participants as a team helped create a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encouraged engagement and interaction among learners. Overall, the session was well-structured, informative, and delivered in a way that supported both understanding and participation.
