I played with bonus funds, where I unfortunately overlooked one of the conditions – namely the maximum allowed bet amount. While playing, I managed to win a significant amount, including the jackpot, and objectively speaking, the casino would have every right not to pay out the winnings due to the violation of the bonus conditions.

Nevertheless, they behaved completely correctly and paid out my winnings. In my opinion, this is clear evidence that they care about the players and are not looking for excuses to avoid paying out. Communication was fine and the whole process went without unnecessary complications.

What really make my experience great is that even if I have lost money a lot in casino my VIP manager Tyler was always there for me to provide me with a some bonuses always which really led me into some good winnings. I tried to withdraw around €200 just to test whether this site was legitimate and secure, as I am a new user.
