DO NOT USE... Steal Money....Change terms on bonuses when u win to make impossible...said i had to place minimum 8 folds with minimum total odds of 7000/1. Then when you do have money to withdraw will not let u....selfie after selfie document after document....no intentions of paying u out...thieves who should not be trading like others will be posting on daily until they are closed down and people stop using them

I am 30 £ in credit both unable to get on nationalbet website at all the last 4 days

One more disappointed and scammed customer. Won in sportsbet and now, after several KYC dokuments they inform that they have closed betting by decision of management.

Owner os probably Easy Marketing SV but will need more searching.

Plan is to get enough scammed customers to report on high level of their lost money.
Once enough, need to contact law company to take an class action against nationalbet.
Need to be negotiated certain percent of lost winnigs as a fee to law company to get these scammers in justice.

I was very sceptical i would get my winnings on National Bet due to reviews, but I was very surprised when I did! The verification was lengthy and tedious and took around a week, once verified the withdrawal took under 2 days. So with that sorted my review of the site as a whole is positive, a great choice of games and with my winnings and deposits I have done good.

National bet took £50 out my account without it being credited.... They said it had failed but the money still left my bank account... I was told its with my bank and it would be refunded into my account... Chat is useless this is a scam site and tge worst ive ever been on and ive been on alot... How is this site even allowed to run?i wish i looked at theses reviews before depositing the stung me for £230 in total with there hidden fees... And every deposit was taken out with a diffrent name... Con artists...give me my money back!!!

Scammers stay clear I’ll keep leaving reviews until they are shut down. They just keep stalling your withdrawals and make you send in more and more identification until you finally run out and don’t have anymore as an excuse to not pay you out
IT ALSO TOOK 3 black jack bets and came up with error for bet but didn’t put the money back into balance just took it out my account and never heard anything else.

I deposit the January 140e . Now my accound 140e and refuse to pay . Every time they says diff reasons.

The worst site I have ever been. I sent in my my Ids . Then they asked a photo of my face with id on my left hand and my account details to be shown on computer screen behind me. Absolute breach of personal privacy. I sent those docs. Then they asked for my tax return docs. I am not self employed. I sent them payslips. I never underwent any kind of these checks in my life being in UK. They took over 10 days to verify and still going on. Really bad customer service too

Done a deposit . No money in account but gone from bank. No live chat working but says 24/7 live chat. Sent emails, no response. Sent documents for verification- no response

They won't let you verify your account. They ask me to send thousands of documents and now I need to apostille my utility bill which is completely irrelevant. In what century do we live? I've played a lot of casino's and never need to send all these documents. So don't waste your time here, there are a lot casino's who are way better then this shit.

Please note that additional documents may be requested by the relevant department at any time." - will update with outcome

*Update* 07/07/25 - A member from the KYC team reached out via email to ask for "a recent monthly utility bill (electricity, water, gas, internet) or landline phone bill" I have provided a water bill dated 22nd April, will update on next communication from royal fortune

*Update* 05/07/25 - I was told that my verification process would be updated on Monday (48hrs business hours), I had spoken to a member of the live chat yesterday who had stated it would only take 24hrs or sooner, will update but not a great sign

04/07/25 - I have made a few deposits to royal fortune and am now going through the verification process to withdraw my winnings, will updated as the process goes on, so far 2/4 of my documents have been verified

Deposited £20 (took out of my bank account) and haven’t credited my betting account with it

This company is really bad, my account was verified by kyc national bet when I try to withdraw money from my account it came up as pending then they put the money back into my account I contacted them again, and kyc national bet ask again for another verification, which looks weird, making it look like they just don't want me to withdraw my money from the account. To be honest the national bet are not honest, it's more like a fraudulent company finding various reasons not giving their customers their money.

This is definitely the worst betting account i have ever made! Trying to withdraw my funds for 2 weeks already, they keep ‘requesting’ additional information about me which others betting websites never asked me to. Utility bill to be apostilled?

If anyone has gotten past the apostille utility bill stage and then been able to withdraw there money can you give this post a like please. Don’t want to pay out £130 for this, only for them to still refuse my withdrawal requests

I deposited £100 into NationalBet and placed bets using real money only — not bonus funds. After winning and attempting to withdraw, I was told I needed to wager my deposit 3 times. I did exactly that (and more), but was then told I also had to meet a £4,000+ wagering requirement for a casino bonus even though I only placed sports bets and my winnings were from sports bet.

Their live chat agent “Steve” even confirmed that once I bet £200, I could withdraw. I followed that guidance and still couldn’t withdraw. I provided everything asked, including ID and proof of address, yet my account and it was impossible to pass the KYC checks as they kept changing there requirements and then they closed my account with my funds still on the account and unable to withdraw — and now they are refusing to return my original £100 deposit.

I’ve made it clear I do not want expect any winnings — I am simply asking for my deposit back. They are now ignoring emails and shifting the goalposts on bonus terms.

This is completely unfair, and I can see from other reviews that I’m not the only one. Im going to raise an chargeback with my bank and will continue sharing my experience.

Avoid this site — they are refusing to return customer deposits, hide behind vague terms, and treat users dishonestly.

I tried withdrawing funds but took weeks before they verified my account. They then told me it takes 3 working days max to withdraw funds, it took 6 working days and I finally received the £1000 max withdrawal.

Having £3.5k in my account I decided to try and withdraw another £1000 only this time to be told that the max withdrawal amount had changed to £100 unless using crypto.

This company makes up their own rules as they go and pays funds whenever they want if even at all. DO NOT USE!!!

Guys, please don't. Just don't. I too searched for sites that allow gambling when registered with gamstop... and found these crooks. They allow you to deposit unlimited amounts but you CAN'T WITHDRAW. I deposited thousands, and when I tried to withdraw £150 that I won on a sports bet they make it impossible to do so. Live chat will give you the run around, every document you send them isn't good enough. They will put you through hell... please guys. Don't be sucked in. See out your self exclusion period and try to live life, these vermin aren't even UK based, what they are doing is completely illegal and unethical. I hope this review saves someone. As for Nationalbet / Nationalbet10 / 20 however many sites you have, you are filth.
