Not a relevant quality and poor customer service
I bought the large Duras handbag in Jan 22. In Nov 22, the handle broke because the leather join is too thin. Nathan Baume refused to refund, repair or replace the handbag and pretended it was incorrect use, although pictures clearly document an inadequate conception. They proposed that I pay 105€ to get a new Duras. I am not interested as the bag itself is ill-conceived. Nathan's customer service is definetely not customer-orientated. I will never buy any of their product.
