Poor customer service
Bought a tanking kit for £180. The instructions mentioned orange corners (none included) just regular ones? Also mentioned using floor tile adjust to fix the tape but tape had self adhesive backing. Rang them and was told they only do enquiries by email. Said I just wanted a quick word because I was ready to fit it. Was told quite rudely that email was the way they communicated! I emailed on the 10th of June 2026 at 11.00. No reply all day- still waiting. Poor service for £180 product. Wouldn’t use

can you email me at please at enquiries@nassboards.co.uk as i would like to Resolve however. The colour of corners has changed but the newer corners are easier to fix product and the tape has been changed to a self adhesive tape backing rather than having to fix with an adhesive.

Everything needed for my tiling / bathroom project
Value for money , excellent product range and very high quality.
Next day delivery is an added bonus .
Martin at Nassboads was brilliant for customer advice and very quick to answer any questions with no problem at all .
I’ve never used any other company ,after my first order I had several repeat orders as im doing things the regular DIY way , as and when I need things basically, also my first time using these products for my bathroom refit .
Great company to deal with and couldn’t find cheaper products ( wedi boards , underfloor heating etc ) anywhere else .

Had an issue with an underfloor heating mat nothing to do with the quality it was the size.
Contacted Nassboard via email got a response within the hour everything sorted within 2 hours.
Martin a tech was helpfull and very easy to talk too.
I’ll still be buying from this firm no problem.
