Our experience with Griffin Waste was excellent in every way. They were professional, prompt and courteous and made the clean-out we had been dreading so much easier than we thought was possible. Love us some Griffin dumpster! Get it!

I used the service two times. Both times the drivers were great and on time. On my second delivery I had a heavy piece that I couldn't pickup. The driver helped me get it in the dumpster. Very rare to see this kind of service.

This is a great niche service-we needed a smaller dumpster for the week at a reasonable price, and exactly that was delivered. Dee set very clear customer expectations so we knew what we were getting, and everything happened exactly when and how they described, with a good attitude. What more can you ask for?

Called to rent a dumpster on Monday at 0700 and it was delivered within two hours. Given tight time constraint, I did not check pricing so cannot offer an opinion there. Dumpster was picked up as scheduled. Good customer service as I had hoped.

I called them Wednesday evening, ordered container to be delivered 7:30 and picket up at 12:00.
It was delivered 7:27, they called 11:30 and ask whether I need some extra time or it ready for pickup and picked it up at 11:53.
Very quick service. Container arrived clean and neat.

Everything with Griffin was better than I had expected. Ordering, scheduling and paying with Dee was a pleasure. She was very polite and professional. The drop off and pick up drivers were both on time and easy to talk with about exact drop spot and negotiating a crowded driveway for pick up. Definitely will be using this company again.

Dealing with Griffin Waste Services was a breeze compared to other services in the area. I attempted to deal with other dumpster companies to compare pricing and they either didn't answer the phone, cost too much or just plain rude. Griffin's customer service was professional and easy to deal with. Everything from start to finish was great and cost about $50-$75 less that their competitors.

the young lady that took care of me on the phone was outstanding. she went above the call of duty. made sure that my order was right and the payment was taken care of. also the truck driver that picked up the dumpster was very nice and waited a few extra minutes so I could get the check made
