When we first collected our ring, Nashad Jewellers themselves told us they weren’t happy with the cut and had already started working on another one. To us, it seemed okay, but because they’re professionals and know better, they immediately noticed the issue and didn’t want us to settle for less. That level of honesty and care is rare.
We managed to exchange the ring and the difference is incredible. We absolutely love the new ring, the engravement on it, the slightly thicker band, and even the detail in the claws, it’s all just perfect.
The customer service has been exceptional. Where most companies might have ignored the issue and left us stuck with a faulty ring just because it wasn’t so clear to the naked eye, Nashad Jewellers made sure we received nothing less than the quality we paid for. That means so much to us, and we’re truly grateful.
And as a bonus, their coffee was amazing too! ☕️

The best experience me and my fiancé have had since planning our wedding. It was the cherry on top and the most wholesome experience. Hamzah at Nashad Jewllers really made my wedding ring visions to life, creating a stunning vintage piece from only a video. I was so nervous to see how it’ll come out but it came out perfect, both mine and my fiancés rings. Every time we came into the store we were so welcomed by everyone, but Hamzah really did look after us. We’ll be back for anniversary gifts and next generation weddings in the family. Bought the Golden elegance Huggies 2.4g. The earrings are very cute but very flimsy and I’m always worried I’m gonna lose them and not realise it. Doesn’t click on probably and yous have no return policy on small earrings like that which is a shame cos I’d at least like to change for other earrings.

Just this Saturday the 12th July 2025,
Me and 3 of my friends went to Nashad Jewellers on Stratford Road birmingham,
We went to do weddings Jewellery shopping,
I took all of my friends straight to Nashad Jewellers even though there are 6 to 8 other Jewellery shops on Stratford road,
This is because I had a good experience few years ago while purchasing a 3 clover gold bracelet online, And by accident 4 days off my original delivery i received a second bracelet which they accidentally sent , Even they didn't know they mistakenly sent me 2 bracelet, I immediately contacted them and arranged to post the bracelet back, all done, They messaged and thanked me for the return and for my honesty.
But this Saturday as we walked in it was busy, about 5 assistant behind the counter aswell a brother Nashad himself, No one
Knowledged us even entering the shop, Then one assistant interacted with us but still No hello or hi, he showed us bracelets, put the box on the counter and as I lifted the box to look at the bracelets, the assistant snapped at me saying don't pick the box up and we were only allowed to view on the counter,
Almost felt like a Thief and felt humiliated and we all walked straight out,
In the End we spent over 17k in buying gold jewellery from 2 other jewellery shops,
So Nashad brother please train your staff members to be more RESPECTFUL, and explain to customers why they can't touch the jewellery or the container,
By the way no other jewellery shop did this...Remember its us customers who take you to fame, As you can see my original review post under the name Rani Raja is still up ....Iv decided not to ever go to Nashad Jewellers again as I found them arrogant...

The fact that you chose to bring your friends directly to us, bypassing every other shop on Stratford Road, and that you showed such honesty years ago when you returned the bracelet, means an enormous amount to us. That is the kind of relationship we cherish with our customers. 💛
We are truly sorry that your visit on the 12th July did not reflect the welcome you deserved. We want to be completely transparent. Saturdays during wedding season are our busiest days by far and on that particular day we had over 10 customers waiting for assistance at the same time. Whilst this is never an excuse for poor customer service, it does provide some context for why the attention you deserved may not have been given at that moment.
Regarding the jewellery handling, we do have a policy in place to ensure the safety and security of our pieces, however we fully acknowledge that this should always be communicated to customers in a warm, respectful and welcoming way. The manner in which this was handled that day was not acceptable and we sincerely apologise for how it made you and your friends feel. No customer should ever feel uncomfortable in our store.
We have taken this feedback extremely seriously. Since this visit we have employed additional staff members specifically to ensure every customer receives the attention and warmth they deserve, no matter how busy we are.
We would genuinely love the opportunity to welcome you and your friends back and give you the experience you came in for. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly and we will personally take care of you.
