lots of burocracy; be ready to wash your car before returning it
It takes way too long to get your car and return it, and there is a lot of bureaucracy. Also, remember that you need to wash your car internally and externally before returning it. Maybe the place where I rented the car did not want to wash cars before renting them out, but I was forced to do it by the Nars Cars manager.
