It’s my first time ordering from Naplesboutique I am excited for the dress to come in and I plan on wearing it to an upcoming wedding. Crossing my fingers it gets to me in enough time it was just by chance I found this little shop and fell in love with “the one” praying for a speedy process and I will be back for a final dress review.

Been eyeing to buy from Naples for a few months now, ever since it showed up on my feed. Was able to snag two dresses that went on sale for some weddings coming up. Beautiful pieces and shipped right away!

There is no way the positive reviews so far are real. I ordered a medium, which says 8-10, it's more like a 4. The material is low quality & in no way good enough for a wedding type guest. I'd compare it to buying a dress from Ross or Walmart. Heck, Walmart is better.
They are also giving me the run around trying to do a refund & return. First they said, sure, just send pictures so we know it isn't damaged, then they offer me 125% store credit, then they offered me 10% discount plus 50% discount on a new purchase. We'll see how many times it takes to get return info.

Update: Return info is an insane address in China. Estimated cost was $30-60 to ship back. Not worth the trouble. This must be how they make money. I'll just get an $11 refund on a $60 donation to Goodwill. Ugh.

Sales were great, products are beautiful and the shipping was quick and efficient.
