Such a waste of time, the website is full of fake profiles, no one responds to any message. It’s a ghost town. They take your money and provide absolutely nothing!

Quickly effective to find a family in need of a nanny.

Using nanny lane has taken all the stress out of finding child care! As a first time mom I had no idea where to start but nanny lane made it so easy!!

Was connected with great families. However, pricing model is deceptive. For example, I am working with a great family however they had a certain dollar amount listed and as a Nanny, they made me put one down as a baseline so that is a perfect scenario for miscommunication. $5 an hour actually. That is my only complaint.

Our nanny cancelled last minute and turned down the position with hardly any notice. Leaving us in a bind.

It was a time consuming to do the application but it really help me get exactly what I wanted

Nanny Lane should come up with a way to delete posts for families needing a nanny or babysitter that are past a date listed in the post or that are over 1 month old from original posting date. This should not be left up to the family or person who posted. It is very cumbersome to go through looking for a position when there are so many that are out of date. It should be noted that the post will be deleted or made inactive at the time it is posted.

Nanny lane has always been useful to me, for about 8 years I’ve been using it and I have always found great families to work for, also the fact that it makes the conversation and connection with the potential employer not only easier but also safe for both, it’s a relief, a great deal!

I find it a reliable source as a nanny looking for part time, occasional and full time jobs. I have never felt anxiety when I’m not longer working for one family because Nanny lane, honestly, always helps me to find the next one.

Efficient, fast and their payroll service is attentive and available whether for my employer or for me. The only point to improve: receive a response to a chosen offer even if the return is negative

The interface is easy and intuitive. Lots of active users hence was easy to find a lot of good matches.
