My mini Dachsund managed to shred a dog toy (pink pig) in less than 5 minutes. A miniature dachsund....!
Absolutely appalling durability and no way these are well made toys for dogs.
Worse still - the squeaker in the toy is some sort of plastic wrapped thing which he managed to start chewing and would have asphyxiated on if I wasn't in the room to intervene.
I ordered a new bed for my old man and wanted something with higher sides. After comparing options, I found the best deal ordering directly through Nandog, so I went ahead. A week later, I realized the bed still hadn’t arrived even though the tracking said it had shipped.
When I reached out, the sweetest woman from the company actually called me on the phone. I had asked about a shipping refund, and she explained they had just moved facilities, which caused delays. She was so apologetic and assured me she’d refund the shipping right away.
She didn’t have to take the time to call, but that one thoughtful gesture won me over. That quick conversation turned a frustrating situation into a reminder of what great customer service looks like—and earned them a customer for life.
Side note - we LOVE the bed and my pup immediately got in it and has been sleeping like a baby!

Coupon didn't work at checkout, emailed multiple times and DM'd multiple times on social media with a few blank responses that it will be taken care of. Absolutely no follow through. Too bad because the products are fun, and we have several now, but will not buy again and cannot recommend.

I then received tracking and my order is supposed to arrive April 29. Ordered on April 22. So thats a whole week when they clearly indicated 1 business day.
