I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience booking my flight with this company. The customer service was unhelpful and difficult to reach, and when I finally got assistance, my concerns were not properly addressed. There were unexpected confusing communication, and delays in resolving simple issues. The overall process was stressful and frustrating. I expected much better service and transparency, especially for something as important as travel arrangements. I would not recommend booking through them based on my experience.

Our tickets had to changed due to hospitalization prior to travel
Our tickets were confirmed. We flew to Mumbai from Toronto.Received great service from the agent whilst booking our trip. Just 3 days prior to our return journey, my husband fell seriously ill and had to be admitted into the ICU. We called up to have Nanak travels to cancel our tickets and rebook.
Their agent PREETIKA ( PAM) helped us with rebooking our return to Toronto after my husband was discharged form the hospital. I don’t have enough words to say how wonderful Pam was with rebooking our trip back home. She’s efficient, pleasant and extremely helpful. And a great listener and problem solver!!!. Would highly recommend dealing with Nanak Travels.

They will not accept payment by credit…
They will not accept payment by credit card even though it states on their website. They accept etransfers but that seems very sketchy. I ended up booking with Trip.com Canda instead. Their website is good but their agents text asking for payment by etransfer rather than credit card. It is not the fault of the credit card as I called the TD credit card and they said no payment was ever attempted from Nanak Flights. Not sure what the deal is.

Our system automatically places a temporary fraud alert when multiple bookings are created under the same passenger name within a short period of time. As a precautionary measure, our team may restrict credit card payments in such cases and offer alternative payment options.
According to our records, the following three bookings were created within a short time frame on April 13:
• 17:46 – Booking Reference: QULGES
• 18:12 – Booking Reference: GPLTEY
• 20:25 – Booking Reference: WIVRQD
This automated safeguard was the reason our agent requested payment by Interac e-Transfer. We acknowledge that this process was not clearly explained at the time, and we apologize for any confusion or discomfort it caused.
Please be assured that we are reviewing our communication and website payment disclosures to ensure better transparency going forward.
We regret losing the opportunity to serve you on this occasion and hope to earn your trust in the future.

I bought flights to Rome with Prashant's help at Nanak Travels. Excellent excellent service. Also very quick. I had done some digging around so I had an idea of what my options were and also knew what I wanted. Prashant told me he will try to get me the best option which he did while I was on the phone - within minutes. I bought the tickes right away. I will definitely go back.
