On my first attempt to send a pec I couldn't see how to attach a pdf document but then I realised it was impossible to do on my phone so then I used the laptop and it was all easy and straightforward

That the process is not self-explanatory as to what ID is required in the enrollment portal.
I'm giving this experience 3 stars as follows. Logging into the video identification portal was easy, the operators are friendly and courteous, but are unable to answer any questions for a use not familiar with Italian law requirements. The real negative for me was that after 3 attempts all of my documentation was accepted, the operator told me the session was successful and that I would receive further information from Namirial. That was over a week ago and I have received nothing from Namirial noting that the process was completed or if any further steps are needed. So, to date I have no idea what occurs next, how to use their platform, etc. which is problematic as I have time-sensitive documents for the Italian government that need to be executed and still have no idea how to do so.
