Ci dispiace per la recensione negativa. Verificando la sua situazione ci risulta non corrispondere alla realtà.
Non riceve l'OTP in quanto non ha configurato l'APP NAMIRIAL OTP: https://servicedesk.namirial.com/hc/it/articles/4407751423889-Configurazione-App-Namirial-OTP-Android-iOS
Inoltre, non ha nemmeno aperto un ticket al nostro supporto tecnico. Tale "problema" sarebbe stato velocemente gestito e risolto dal nostro team di assistenza.

Very poor customer service
The first person I got in contact with was despicable and not customer oriented at all. There was a technical issue linked to Italian specificities and she didn't want to listen. 2 weeks lost.

It is waste money to purchase namirial…
It is waste money to purchase namirial PEC or OTP remote digital service. As foreigner, to set up a company in Italy, its mediately to have PEC and OTP. But I spend almost 100 Euro for nothing, as you just cannot active PEC mail box with namirial, OTP remote digital sign didn't work when you are using it with Italy notary office. It such terrible experiences, I lost not only money bit also lots of time.

We are sorry to hear about your negative experience. We have checked your details and can confirm that your certified email address (PEC) is active. The REM identification is not active, but as this is not currently mandatory, you can simply ignore it.
Furthermore, the remote signature is working; in fact, our support team has replied to you several times, promptly, first telling you where to find the PIN and then checking the signature logs, which show that you signed correctly a few days ago.
We are sorry to read a negative review despite the services being active and working.
We will, however, try to investigate further and improve our processes where possible.

Our experience with your platform has been entirely unacceptable. First, despite offering French as a functional language option and our contract being signed in French, we discovered—only after days of failed attempts—that you lack French-speaking agents. This lack of transparency caused significant delays for our company.
Furthermore, my personal onboarding was mishandled; my application was initially rejected due to an alleged 'document expiration' that your account manager later admitted was an internal error. To make matters worse, when I finally re-connected with the same agent to complete the process, he hung up on me when I attempted to clarify the previous mistake. This level of service is unprofessional and a violation of our expectations. Consequently, we are now seriously considering terminating our contract.
