Yet again, NameHero exceeded all expectations with customer service. Actually, let me correct that: With NameHero, amazing customer service is the rule, not the exception; so, I've actually come to expect it from them and that's a really good feeling.

I've used other hosting companies. In fact, when I was with one of the really popular ones, they were adament that they would only provide help, if the issue was directly related to their hosting. Very few things qualified as being an issue they'd help me with.

NameHero is so different. I couldn't access my site last night. I tried to login to CPanel but I kept getting the same error. I had no idea what to do.

But the great thing? I truly had confidence that I could reach out to NameHero and they'd respond within the hour. Like, I KNEW they would. I cannot explain how nice it is to have that level of confidence with a company.
