Great service and software
I love designing the name badges with the updated software. It is easy to use and my client's are always impressed with the designs. In my 12 years of using them the they have kept improving and always been good with turnaround times.

Nice badges, but shipping and customer service is awful!
I ordered these badges 8 days before I was leaving for a show. The poorly packed recycled envelope arrived torn open with nothing in it. I immediately called and the nice person on the phone offer a replacement order that was to be shipped to my California trade show (I’m PA based). After checking on the order, I was told the order was mis shipped to my address in Pennsylvania. When I got home, I had a set of badges for everyone that helped me at the show
