The website was dead slow. Also when I renewed my domain, the massage 'wait while the transaction is being processed' never went away. It just sat there. I finally gave up waiting and logged of and back on and the transaction did get processed but never let me know.

I don’t understand why the price would go up for something like this. And now you don’t have coupons for the privacy either. Might start looking elsewhere for my hub.

Do not give your domain to these people! They are scammers! They stole my domain from me without ANY authorization! I have filed a formal complaint with ICANN and they recommend that I pursue legal action which further suggests there is a pattern with this company. I have contacted them numerous times only to be ignored!!!

I was lucky to get Anthony again this year on the chat when I was about to renew my domain. I looked back to my review a year ago, mentioned Anthony and voilà, he popped up in the chat. He quickly assisted me and efficiently so I could go ahead and renew my domain. Great customer service, respectful and friendly. Thanks a bunch Anthony!

It was quick and easy to renew my name. It just didn't allow me to renew a protection, but at least my website is working fine.

I am an agency. A couple of years ago, you took away my reseller discounts. I had over 120 domains in my account. The standard renewal prices do not let me make a profit. I have moved over 30 domains out and will move out probably all of them by the end of 2026.
I would gladly have stayed with you IF you had honored my agency status. You all do not care about the small guys. As such, I am taking my business elsewhere.
