The product was shipped not from…

The product was shipped not from Germany but from the UK, and I had no idea that this would happen. After shipping new unexpected costs appear as the package is shipped from UK. I requested refund but so far the customer service is terrible, i think i lost my money forever. Do not buy from this shop.

The fact that our warehouse is located in the UK is stated on our website. We also offer to refund all customs fees to our customers. You chose to refuse the parcel and have it sent back to us, the return is on its way to us and will be refunded as soon as we have received the parcel.

The best

The best price by faaaaar with the code 420, I ordered a vaporizer 3 days ago, today at my door.
After the bad reviews I saw, i had to give a 5 star review, usually i dont have time for that.
Namaste Germany send their stuff from Uk, to be honest, I ordered a Crafty made in Germany, so it makes no difference.
Ty guys for the service.

Great customer service and product

Experienced several issues with the order but customer service was great and proactive at following up and making sure I was properly looked after. Charger for item also wasn't in stock but product was sent ahead with an alternative solution while I wait, which was a nice touch. Delivery came quickly and very well packed. Product is excellent and their price point/choice was hard to beat - because of this and their thorough service & aftercare I'd consider buying again.

Bank transfer takes forever and there …

Bank transfer takes forever from EU to UK but thats not to blame on namaste. There could be additional payment options to accommodate that issue eg. PayPal. After my struggle with the delay in payment, Kory called and sorted everything out after apologizing. He is very nice and charming!

10/10 would buy again
