Total scam

Total scam. Ordered December 1st and it's now Jan 20th and products still haven't been shipped. I sent several emails to the company and they wrote back with a canned AI sob-story excuse saying that the product was in the warehouse and would ship out this week. But guess what? nothing was shipped. It's all just a bait and switch. Spend your money elsewhere.

Huge Scam. No response. No product shipped

I really wish these reviews were more prominent in my search for organic sustainable clothing. We ordered several yoga outfits on Black Friday and after emailing a few times with a canned response and then no communication after, I decided to seek out other people’s experiences and have been blown away at how many people have been ripped off! It’s been about 8 weeks and still no product received. We are looking to contest the purchase with our credit card company now. This company seems to be a shell business, definitely a scam. Buyer Beware!!

Namarie appears to be a bogus company

Namarie appears to be a bogus company. My wife placed an order over a month ago and still nothing has been delivered. Your can't even talk to any one live to find out what going on with the order.

I’m genuinely disappointed with my…

I’m genuinely disappointed with my recent experience. It has now been four days since I received an automated message stating that I would be contacted with an update on my order, yet I still haven’t heard anything.
My excitement for this purchase was sincere. I was looking forward to receiving and reviewing a clothing line that seemed to align with what I believe quality apparel should represent—thoughtful design, ethical values, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, the complete lack of communication has been discouraging and does not reflect the principles the company publicly promotes.
What has been most frustrating is not the delay itself, but the silence. A simple update, acknowledgement, or realistic timeline would have gone a long way in maintaining trust. Instead, I’ve been left without clarity on the status of my order or when I can expect it to arrive.
I truly hope the company takes this feedback to heart and improves its customer communication, as the brand’s mission and aesthetic initially made me excited to support them. For now, my experience has fallen short of expectations, and I believe future customers deserve more reliable follow‑through.

I wish I read these reviews before…

I wish I read these reviews before placing two orders with them! I received the first order and the leggings are too big. So I went through the return process and a return label won’t generate. I’ve emailed support twice. They answered the second time and said they are working on it. I followed up after a week and no response. My second order was suppose to be shipped 1/8 and no shipping info has been sent. I’m disputing with my credit card company now. Honestly the legging don’t look high quality. Horrible customer service. I’ve reported them to bbb.org as well. I don’t like being scammed!

I’ll give them 2 stars because I’ve waited this long, I might as well wait a bit longer. Placed a pre-order in July, and as the other reviews vouch, the company went through a series of unfortunate events and empty promises to the customer. I will say at least from my experience, their customer service has answered all of my emails promptly with thorough explanation. The waiting of 8+ months for a large order I made is completely effed up, but I appreciate their mission, and I hope that once I finally receive the product I can come back and edit this review with more stars…..

I have yet to receive my leggings! How are they still in business!

I have yet to receive my leggings, having spent $200. I have written to them for an update and their AI response is that they are working on emails and shipping out product. I have asked for my money back but have not heard back. It sounds like I am not the only one. Someone needs to put a stop to this company!

Probably one of the worst experiences…

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. I’ve never been scammed like this before, and I’m usually pretty patient with clothing orders.

- I ordered their pre-order collection when it first dropped like 8 months ago. Patiently waited for it.

- got an email saying they need x amount of orders before they can ship the pre-orders, so they got MORE people to buy, with nobody actually receiving their product.

- they supposedly “did it” and got the amount of orders needed to “save the company” and the orders were going to be shipped out ASAP in October. Still nothing.

- got another email saying that the products arrived at their warehouse, but I had missing items. (Mind you: it seems nobody else has gotten their items yet either). They turned off Instagram comments and deleted some as well.

- they promised me that they were getting my items and they would ship before Christmas because they were being unloaded by DHL. They completely ghosted me from 12/21 - 1/5.

- I finally got ANOTHER email stating they had issues with a payment processor that that is why nobody has their orders? Ok. So now they promised that I will receive a tracking number for my order within 72 hours. At the LATEST it’s being shipped at the end of the week

- NOTHING.

Absolutely avoid at all costs. I can’t believe they are scamming people like this and not being put out of business because they have a “positive mission”. With all of the lies, I don’t even trust the integrity of the products. I don’t even think these “pre-order” items exist.

Such a scam!

Such a scam! I ordered a pair of leggings. Months went by and didn't get them. Then I get a sad sack email saying they just need x new orders and they can start shipping and save the company. I am a sucker. Lies! Now they've disappeared with everyone's money. Thieves!

This is a scam, avoid at all costs

If I could give 0 stars I would. Wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased. I purchased in July 2025 and am still waiting in vain. I keep getting these messages that "they're working really hard to getting things shipped", etc. etc., "we're a small company", but no response to my actual customer service inquiry. I had disputed the charge on my credit card, but reversed the dispute because I originally believed they were working on it. Now I can't dispute anymore, so I've lost my money.

Still Waiting on an Order from JULY!!!

I am STILL waiting on one order from July and another from September if you can believe it. I wrote to them 4 days ago to follow up and still have not heard back.

I know they were having some problems and they even asked the community for support promising things would ship soon once that happened but still nothing. I have been very patient but this is getting ridiculous.

Namarie is a COMPLETE SCAM

Namarie is a complete scam. Do not get excited by their false promises on their website and misleading ads. This company is completely unethical and seems to be out to take our money. I placed my first order 3 months ago, and did not find out that the items were “pre-order” until after I paid. Month after month I emailed them, with no response. Finally I get an email which is some long sob story about how they actually don’t have the funding to produce their product and were hoping that if investors saw how many pre-orders they received they would be able to make the money to manufacture the orders, which honestly at this point I think was complete bullshit, but completely unethical false marketing. They do not respond to emails, they have blocked comments on their Instagram. I have so much more to say but I am so over spending any more time on this company, but the last thing I will say is DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND FILE A DISPUTE WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY immediately.

UGH - Let Down :(

BUT - nothing was good about my experience, including, after waiting EIGHT months, EIGHT MONTHS— these leggings are a complete let down. Maybe if you’re just wearing them around the house and not doing anything active, then maybe they are fine. They are loose fitting, constantly fall, and do not do well with squatting, deadlifting, or really any type of actual exercise. Sorry. They are super expensive and I’m extremely disappointed.

Unfortunately, don't order here...

I ordered leggings, shorts, and bras from this company over the summer. The shorts started looking old after 1 time wearing (little clumps of fabric started forming, even before washing). I returned the two shorts, after emails back and forth, with the promise that I would get my money back. It has been 5 months now, and I still haven't heard anything, and I'm still waiting for my money back. I'm deeply disappointed. I feel scammed. I still have the long legging, which has the same problems, and the fabric is falling apart even more (I haven't even worked out in them, just wearing casually). The bras are doing ok so far, but I'm afraid that the quality will give out soon based on my experience with the other pieces. I wanted this brand to work out for me, but unfortunately, I would not recommend. I know it's a small business (from what they have shared on social media), and that they have been struggling financially. But customers shouldn't be the ones paying for it.

If I could give zero stars I would! This company is a total scam and unfortunately they have my money and I have no product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order in September, tried to follow up on my order 3 weeks later with no reply. I finally received a reply and was told my inquiry had moved to the back of the que because I reached out more than once. I was told my order was “pending” because they oversold and were waiting on materials to arrive in the states. It is now December, no contact, no product, no answer to my order update request. Terrible customer service!

No communication despite multiple attempts to contact

I received zero communication from the company after I placed my order. No order confirmation email. I reached out to the company via email (no phone number to be found) three times over the next three weeks. No response. Finally, I sent an email requesting an order cancellation, because I assumed I was being scammed and would have to file a credit card dispute. Within an hour of asking for an order cancellation, they responded to my first email saying they were delayed but shipping as quickly as they could and then two minutes later cancelled my order. Ridiculous that I had to cancel my order just to get a customer service reply. They might have great products, but they have horrible customer service. Not worth it to me. I'll find another company with similar products and actual customer service.

This is the worst comany ever!!!!!!!SCAM!!!!! Order place and PAID FOR IN JULY!!!!! no response from company. I emailed them at least 20 times. Can't ever speak with a person. Just emails that keep saying your order will be coming. Then they try and sell you more stuff! Are you kidding!!!!!

Worst company ever!

Like many others I ordered in August what showed on their website as “in stock”, was told in late September that it would be shipping in October, it’s now December and no further communication and obviously no products. Total scam!

This is a scam

This is a scam. There is no customer service. No confirmation email. Instead two weeks after I ordered, I received an email requesting a confirmation shipping address but the email did not have an order number, so there would be no way to make a connection with my order. It was an obvious delay ploy. Delay, delay so the customer doesn't submit a stop payment in the time necessary to dispute a claim. IT IS A SCAM.

They'll take your money

I ordered my goods in Feb and received them in July, Unfortunately, I had to return because they run large.
I still never got the replacement goods. In the meantime, I contacted Barclays MC and because I made a claim 120 past Feb. they couldn't help me. So far, I'm out $160. Namarie sold the goods as in stock, took my money and then kept putting off shipping. They never had the goods in stock.
