I want to thank you for the excellent service throughout my car financing process. Everything was done online in a fast, organized, and hassle-free way. The guy ( Leo Severiano ) who handled my process was extremely professional, attentive, and transparent from start to finish.
He answered all my questions, explained every step patiently, and made the entire process much easier and stress-free. Nowadays, it’s hard to find someone who truly cares about the customer the way he did.

Avoid this company at all costs
It was by far the worst experience I’ve had with any car refinance company, especially with Kimberly. They overcharged me on the refinance, assured me I would be refunded the difference, and then never sent the money. On top of that, they completely ignored all of my phone calls. The customer service was rude and completely unprofessional.
I would never recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding service
I was contacted via text to refinance my vehicle. After reviewing the companies rating across Google and the BBB I decided to move forward with a Yes sent vis text with my currently mileage.
Jordan Kessen made the process extremely easy. He did a fantastic job of educating me on the process, loan information and potential different options. He was professional, well educated in the process and did everything he could to educate me on my options including even me not refinancing and just getting a, new vehicle.
Jordan was able to take my interest rate from 13% to 6% and reducing my payment to a little under half of what I am currently paying. Not only was I thrilled in that, scenario he also made sure I got a 24 month or 24k mile extended warranty.
I highly reccomend this company and Jordan. Everything was done in just a few days. It could have been done faster but I was doing all of thid while working.

I had a great experience refinancing my vehicle through NALN and Westlake Financial. Marshawn Moore and Andy Marquez were both professional, responsive, and patient throughout the entire process.
