Non existent customer service

I had purchased numerous bottles of the collagen glow prior to its recall last year. Naked Sundays quietly sent out an email about particular batch number and providing a refund. I compiled this from in mid December 2025. It’s now the 26th of February and I am still yet to receive my refund despite providing proof of purchase and my account details on multiple occasions. Incredibly frustrating that each time I have to chase this company when their sunscreen wasn’t 50+.

Subscribers beware

Subscribers beware! I signed up to Naked mailing list, as most people do. I used an email address only for Naked Sunday. I started getting emails from travel insurance company Travel Online. Maybe it’s in the fine print but I don’t appreciate my email being passed around to third party companies.

Worst sunscreen I've ever used

Worst sunscreen I've ever used. Never been so sunburnt and their customer service is awful. They've told me they've refunded me twice, but they haven't and they also promise to respond in 48 hours but they don't. This company is run by liars and is a money-grab. Buy anywhere else.

Excellent quality products!

Excellent quality products! They honestly perform so well, I wasn’t really expecting much and they blew me away. I’m a Sephora junkie and these are right up there, top shelf. The jetsettter bundle is a great value! Very happy with everything! These are my go-tos all summer.

Great Sunscreen

I recently bought the Jetsetter Bundle. Other than the fact that it took over a month for it to arrive, I was very pleased. This kit comes w every thing you could ever need for your SPF needs on the go, and they even give you large and jumbo sizes. Not only this, but NS always includes free gifts and free shipping for orders over $50 ( which is not hard to do, lol all of their products are pretty pricey considering the size of the products and the amount you get). However, if anyone knows about skincare against the sun, it's the Australians, so I trust my skin to them. I look forward to every delivery o get from them, their packaging is so cute and color schemes are fun and girlie. And, let's face it, we're all girlie girls at heart and we love pink and purple 💜. Now, to the best part. The Jetsetter bundle came w the absolute CUTEST mini suitcase for traveling (hence, "Jetsetter" lol) and it's totally air travel friendly. It comes w stickers and you can even decorate it to suit your tastes or leave it plain bc it's already adorable to begin w. The total order was $254.00 but they have an end of summer deal going on now for $214.00. Lol, I know I know, it's not much of a "deal" but, for Naked Sundays, trust me.., it is. Honestly, you can get SPF products in your local drug or grocery store and I'm sure they're just as good. However, of you're in the mood to try something new, fun, very effective and don't mind paying a little more for a little less then Naked Sundays sunscreen is for you. I swear, you won't be disappointed in the quality of the products just the quantity.

Lovely

Lovely, friendly, Australian-owned company. Customer service is second to none and I’m really enjoying my bright, colourful, fun to use sunscreen. Those who are saying it’s greasy, I just put powder on top which also helps fix it in place. Shout out to Kath who helped me personally, went above and beyond. A 🌟 service. Thank you!

GREASY

Honestly... I can't believe people stan this brand so much! They claim their products are non greasy and lightweight, but I literally look like tin man wearing the smallest amount of the tinted sunscreen! It just sits on top of your skin like an extra layer, and gets onto clothing or if you touch your face ends up on your fingers. I'm so bummed I bought the whole bundle. The primer goes on quite thick as well, nothing lightweight about it. I'm going back to using K-beauty sunscreen products because these are just way too much and not what they claim to be.

Absolutely love my sunscreen from Naked…

Absolutely love my sunscreen from Naked Sundays! I'm nearly through my first tube and will immediately re-purchase when I'm out. It goes on beautifully with a mattifying effect, and doesn't feel sticky or leave a residue. 100% recommend!
