Best nail subscription box EVER
I’ve had a subscription for nearly 2 years and I love NailMail! The products are top notch, the presentation is impecable and every month I go from ‘there is no way I can achieve that look’ to ‘well that was easy!’

Had my first box yesterday! Couldn’t wait to do my nails. Absolutely love it. Really quick to respond to my messages on instagram whilst Royal Mail were having a few delays. They provided my tracking number super quickly so I could keep an eye on it. The boxes are put together so nicely, they’re beautiful. Looking forward to next month already.

Love at first sight
My Hubby gifted me my first Nailmail box back in March for my birthday, he got it as a one off purchase and that was the day I fell in love with Nailmail. I subscribed for the April box and have loved every box since. The tutorials are easy to follow, the professional only products are fab and Gaynor is absolutely lovely. If you're new to the industry these boxes will boost your confidence when it comes to nail art. Nailmail deliveries are the best kind, I love the surprise of what's inside to create each months look.

The products are always amazing for an unbelievable low subscription price, the customer service is also great and are always available to help you with anything. They really do a great job at coming up with something fun and different each month for us nail enthusiasts to be creative. Absolutely love it, couldn’t recommend it enough.
Excellent service with top quality products
Cannot praise Nail Mail enough. I have the monthly subscription box which is such excellent value and what you pay per month is a mere fraction of the goods and tutorials enclosed to create said designs. I have had no issues whatsoever but what I can say is that the customer service is second to none. As soon as the boxes are on the way you know and the delivery is prompt. I would not hesitate in recommending the monthly boxes to any nail technician because they are 100% excellent value and products all top quality. Wish I had joined long ago. Great team effort all around.
December Box
Received my first order today (08.12.23) and wow! I have never been so impressed with an item before. I ordered the December box and it did not disappoint! The amount of products you get for the money is incredible, and the little touches alongside it (e.g the tea light, candy cane and fairy lights and of course the travel mug) It’s definitely worth the money and will 100% be ordering from the nailmail again.
Not great value for money, poor customer service
Changed from average experience to bad after the customer service received whilst trying to sort this out with them…
Signed up to this and from the off has teething issues. Was charged twice before id even received an order and their website wasn't recognising my email address as listed on their system after sign up which was a little concerning.
Well the first box arrived and it had gel I couldn't use in it, no base coat just a colour and matt top coat for a different system that I hadn't heard of or had any of the correct system for. I messaged to ask them if this was usual to receive gel in the box and I didn't receive an answer.
Asked again about a week later and this time got a response that yes this was normal and its what people wanted. I explained this wasn't for me and asked could I cancel my subscription and get a refund which I was quite abruptly told no and a screen shot of some T&Cs sent to me that id never seen, I assume this was due to the hiccup in the sign up process and the system not recognising me correctly.
Anyway by the time they responded to my second message I was 4 days outside of the cancellation and eligible for a refund timescale, if they would have responded to my first message I would have been well within it. I asked if they were willing to reconsider as my first message was within that timescale and all I received back was another screen shot of their T&Cs back not even a worded reply. I wouldn't say thats great customer service, came across as very rude. I responded to clarify that had they have replied to my first message I would have been within the timescale and they didn't respond.
I’d welcome them contacting me to resolve this.
Edit after reply - it’s all about communication maybe you should have told me that as you just sent me screen shots of your T&Cs saying I wasn’t getting one. I actually went to check this as I didn’t want to have inaccurate information in my review and you actually refunded me the day after this review but thanks for responding to it so over 2 years later. It would have been better if you take some of the other points raised on board not just comment on one part, this probably could have all been avoided if the onboarding process worked or if you replied to customers messages in a timely or professional manner
