All services were fully reinstated within a fortnight, and we encountered no interruptions in service. However, our servers were discontinued by our previous data center due to misuse/phishing activities conducted by certain users of our hosting services. These problems have been addressed, and we have implemented safeguards to prevent future occurrences.

I've never felt compelled to leave a negative review for any product or service, but the experience with these guys was beyond terrible—no exaggeration. I'm sharing this to prevent others from enduring the same trouble I've faced. If you're lucky, they might respond, but it's usually unapologetic and only after they've irreversibly damaged your relationship with clients or customers. Don't ignore this warning. Despite my continuous pleas, they haven't uttered a single word to me. Their contact number rarely works, and even when it does, they simply refuse to answer. It's an absolute waste of money and nothing short of a disappointment. Please, consider other options and spare yourself the headache.

Your service sucks

Your service sucks. My database got deleted on 2 several occasions. The first time I was lucky I did a backend but the second time, no backup. I lost all my customers' records and don't even know where to start from. You guys suck! I'm done with you. Use them at your own risk; they are not serious with their business

Untrustworthy

First, You go on a major maintenance duration without informing clients, neither do you give a duration period for the said maintenance to be completed.
Sites hosted on your platform has been down since 28th of December 2023- till date (4th January 2024 as at the time of writing).

Secondly, Your response to opened Tickets is poor and takes unusually long periods before a response is given.

Overall, Untrustworthy.

Terrible Experience. Huge Regret. Avoid NaijaWebhost

I regret having anything to do with NaijaWebHost. Their customer service is practically non-existent. I attempted to reach them through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email, but never received a response. Their shared hosting server IP addresses are blacklisted, causing all the emails I sent to end up in my customers' spam folders.

To make matters worse, I was informed about a supposed maintenance on their service a day after it had already begun. This lack of communication is unacceptable. When I decided to cancel my hosting service, which was within the 30-day money-back guarantee period, I encountered yet another problem. No refund was issued to me, despite their policy.

One big issue I experienced was that the cPanel for a newly purchased hosting service consistently failed to open. I couldn't use the service, yet the billing already begun, which was the major reason why I cancelled the service. The service was cancelled but I never got my money back. NaijaWebHost is a complete disappointment. Avoid them for your own sanity.
