Terrible Experience

I am writing this review with immense disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with Nagel producten. I placed my first and only order for products on February 3rd, 2024.

I never received an order confirmation email, which immediately raised concerns. I called, emailed and sent whats app messages. Wasn't until I wrote this negative review on Trustpilot that someone finally responded to my email and sent the products.

This cost me so much time and frustration. Will not be buying from them again

Lousy attitude and lousy customer servcie

Ordered 5 x glue, received 4 that were completely empty. They refused to replace them, but kept the money.
Lost a longstanding customer for the sake of < EUR10.
Good thing they have plenty of competition,
