Faithful Buyer of the company

I’ve been a buyer for the company using this vendor for some time and people always ask me is the wigs I’m wearing is my natural hair. I have to let them know assume. But some instantly ask where I get my wigs from. I don’t have a complaint because they always let me know that something can’t be done and they have instant feedback on different things. I’m grateful.

Great customer service

This is my 3rd time ordering from them and this time the wig I ordered was in backlog so they communicated with me and offered alternative options. They are prompt and very polite. They keep me updated on my order. Overall the customer service is amazing!

There was an issue with my order

There was an issue with my order. I think they oversold the wig I purchased. They immediately told me it would take some time to ship but I couldn’t wait because I need my hair for the holidays. Unfortunately I had to cancel my order but the customer service was great! Very communicative thru the process.

HORRIBLE WIGS

The part on these wigs are horrible … looks fake. Also the hair is NOT like as advertised. The customer service is extremely poor. They ignored me until I put in a dispute with Afterpay and paused my payments.

Had a few questionable issues with…

Had a few questionable issues with tracking but it all turned out well. Not straight out the box put on but after doing my thang my wig was beautiful. Great density, hold curls well and all around gorgeous..

So they responded to my previous review…

So they responded to my previous review stating they didn't know I sent the wigs back because I didn't respond to the email. I responded 6 times via email with screenshot proof and a screenshot of the day the wigs were received at their facility with the tracking number from the USPS website. This company is a joke and are literally and deliberately not taking responsibility. Again do NOT BUY from this company I will warn any and everyone every day until I'm blue in the face.

They refuse to refund ,,,,

I order a wig and I wanted to receive it in 2 days, they charge and $30 for shipping I told them if I cannot receive the wig in 2 days to please refund. The same day I received a text to tell me they cannot send it in 2 days if they should cancel, I told if that the case they can refund. Since they sent that text they never to replied to give update. I sent them email and text several times, no answer. I should have read these reviews it seems, this happens often with this site. Stay away from them

Seriously? You're asking for order number etc... it's after I put the review. You reached out to me yesterday to say you will process the refund. You know exactly the order number and the email address because I sent tons of texts and emails.

I’ve ordered 4 wigs from Nadula and my…

I’ve ordered 4 wigs from Nadula and my experience with has been great, they come fast and when you get the wigs they are exactly as described on the website! I always order the pre everything because all I have to do is put a little foundation on it and go!

Ordered thru Amazon

Ordered thru Amazon. This wig was great. Especially if you like to set your money on fire and watch it burn. It is nothing as pictured. Straggly. Balding. Yes I contacted Amazon. It may be used as a dust mop or perhaps a starter for a birds nest. Mostly it was for the trash. But I didn’t want to disrespect my garbage can so I drove it to dumpster. A phenomenal waste of time and money. It’s not even good enough to be called trash. Do better.

They ran out of the length I ordered notified me immediately to offer a different length at no extra cost to me. Now that's great customer service! I've never had a company do that I just usually have to wait on what I originally ordered.
