Garbage site that cancels orders without giving proper reason
Garbage site. Ordered underwears 3 times and each time it got cancelled 30 minutes after they had sent an email to me saying "confirmed" then they proceed to send me this "Your order has been canceled
Order #______ was canceled because of unforeseen circumstances and your payment has been refunded." Unforeseen circumstances what are those exactly what circumstances? Why even take the order if you can't fulfill it? Are they not in stock? Give me a reason. Then guess what?, this is the kicker, when I email their support team I do not get a response, it has been days now. They are lucky they are the only seller I could find with non-dyed GOTS and Oeko-Tek certified underwear with only cotton, no waistband made with other materials touching your skin. Otherwise I wouldn't even bother with them. Horrible service and customer support is non existent.
