I’ve had NAD+ before via a company called Body Brilliant which seemed to be more effective than the one I’ve bought from you. For example much more energy and feel less fatigued. I’m not sure why that would be??

I contacted the company via email as they suggested in their response to my review. I'm very pleased with the way they handled my request. It's probably better to get in touch with them prior to purchasing anything if someone struggles with IBS symptoms. I might have a very sensitive digestive system which is why I experienced adverse effects. Although the supplement wasn't effective in my case I still really appreciate the professionalism and credibility the company demonstrated in resolving my query. Thank you!
09/06/2026 I almost never write reviews, but I thought it might help someone like me if I shared my experience.
I bought a pack of 30 Liposomal NAD+ capsules for £75 and have just completed the one-month course. Unfortunately, I can honestly say that I didn't notice any positive effects.
I didn't experience any of the advertised benefits. If anything, I felt more tired and bloated, especially during the first two weeks. I assumed this might just be an adjustment period, so I continued taking the capsules, but those unwanted symptoms never really went away. As someone with IBS, that wasn't ideal.
There seems to be a lot of hype surrounding this product, but based on my experience, I remain unconvinced. Whether it contains effective ingredients or not, I simply didn't notice any improvement. At the end of the day, it's difficult for consumers to know exactly what actually is in a supplement.
My verdict: not worth the money, at least not for me. Given the price, I expected much better results and was left disappointed. I want my money back!

Had you contacted us during your course, we would have been happy to discuss your symptoms and provide a more personalised protocol based on your response, as adjustments to dosing and timing can sometimes improve tolerability and outcomes.
We're also sorry to hear that you experienced bloating, particularly given your history of IBS. Individual responses can vary, and we understand how frustrating this must have been.
Regarding your concerns about the product contents, our supplements are manufactured to strict quality standards and undergo rigorous testing to ensure they contain the ingredients stated on the label. Product quality, safety and transparency are extremely important to us.
