No complaints besides wish there we more contracts lol. Your guess brokerage service has been by far the best one I have used in my year of trading.

Nadex is very beginner friendly. It also offers unique trading options such as Knock Outs and Binar Options.

I stopped trading with them about 7 years ago because Everytime I was in profit and tried to close the trade a pop-up box would say something like "action not possible" by the time I could close I was No longer in profit. They claimed the issue was a "unique" problem with my platform/computer. I did file a complaint with the CFTC which resulted in absolutely Nothing. Back then I lost about $3,500. They "Flag" negative Truthful reviews so they will be removed.

It’s look great, accessible and is CFTC certified but I got charged twice for my first deposit and I am still waiting for my demo account to be opened. I’m a bit frustrated because I expected better after coming from Pocket Option and Quotex.io. I’m not giving up but it just seems to be more of the same.
Edit: they refunded my second charge and opened my demo account. I wouldn’t recommend binary options as a legitimate investment strategy but if it works for you, it works.

I have had experience with 6-7 other platforms and could never understand how they get away with being so bad with customer service. As soon as I signed up for Nadex, a customer service rep call me without me reporting a problem just to see how things are going. Then I did have an account issue and Sophie was incredible and got things fixed super fast.

Misleading requests for information and unhelpful agents with misinformation on how exchanges operate, I have a series 7 and have been working in markets for 5 years. This is strange how Nadex legally operates with uniformed agents.

Just getting started with your platform, but would really like to see a loss stop order setup . You have a profit out setting, a loss out setting is needed.
Thank you

Nice platform but the risk for small accounts is hard to get past. Options are only at 100$ per contact which can be quite a bit risky for a 1000$ < account

I was new to options when I opened the account. Since I started I got a lot more addicted to watching all the futures markets trading and trading options. I probably trade around 2 to 40 trades per day. I have had an account for a year and a half. I have lost a lot and experienced a lot of emotional pain throughout the year. More recently I think I am getting a little better at understanding trading and trading options since I am not blowing up my account as frequently. I found trading to be a lot harder than what I previously thought it would be. I love the exchange, the layout, all the different opportunities to be able to make money, and with a demo account, your learning center, all your trading teachers who come across very caring, the macro setup. Also, it is nice that I don't have to worry about the PTD rule. Cons, the range between the bid and offer sometimes on binary options sometimes can have a difference of like $20, the call spreads like the US TECH 100 and the 225JPY can be kind of tough when the spread can be as much as a $25 difference. Sometimes the option position can go against you fast and it is hard to get out of.
The experience trading options definitely increases my emotions and can make me feel very easily frustrated or euphoric. I have learned a lot more about trading such as volatility and market weather, better probabilities of when to place the trade, characteristics of price action of an asset, and changes of price action over time.
So far I still struggle to become consistently profitable. I find it hard to predict. I think I have a fear of losing where I often will sell a gain too early and letting a loser go to worthless. I also can get too excited and place too many positions to the point that my brain can't handle it if I am a bit in the red. I also think a lot of these futures type assets can move in a manipulative way. Also have found myself trading on past memories of past patterns like the US500 may have moved 20 points of an average true range yesterday between 3:40 to 4:00pm and then today I place two OTM binary options (straddle play) 10 points away from the indicative and the US500 only moves 10 points of an average range and by the time I can recognize that I might not have a chance of getting win I am already down over 50% on the straddle. These movements can destroy my beliefs on what I would think a more likely outcome would happen does not happen like the US indices a Nasdaq going from around 9800 points before the Coronavirus drop to 6600 to a year and a half later 15700 points and I kept wanting to short the indices and many times did I never get a chance for a gain and if I clicked on the long side I would have a hard time holding on to it. I don't think trading is made for the brain, the movements are just not rational a lot of the time. I learned a lot from Mark Douglas's videos involving psychology and how the mind works.
