Terrible. Crystals named incorrectly, price conversion was high. Towers with chipped tips and sent resin animals with chips inside when website was misleading. One turtle with chips (not wanted) was more expensive than the others because it was amethyst.... chips are lepidolite! They have no idea, be careful.
I am sorry to give you only one star, but I cannot fairly rate you when I did not ever receive my package. I do know that when you run the tracking number it claims to be delivered to my front porch on the 13th of March but it unfortunately was most likely delivered to the wrong address. And now I am out $100 for nothing

I am very disappointed in my first order with Nacrystal. Although the website looks very professional and I did receive my items, the quality is not what is described online. The "crystal" evergreen/Christmas trees are not made with real crystals or stones. It is a plastic tree. The same goes for the worry stones and the labradorite stones. They are knock offs made with some other material than actual genuine stones or crystals. I bought multiple items to sell in a small retail space and will not resell as crystals. One or two of the rings bought were ok, but the rest are not as they are described or shown on the website. Scam and false advertising. UPDATE: Although the seller has clarified the tree products, the rest of the stones I received such as the worry stones and other crystals bought were not real and are not listed as resin in the description. I did not choose to ask for a refund for these items. The items I requested a refund for were cheaply made and less quality than the fake stones! I stand by my original review that these stones and crystals are being sold as real and they are not. The seller did provide a refund quickly for the items I requested.
