I have never experienced such appalling customer service levels with any product thst I have ever bought. I placed am order with Zenoo for the first time on 10th Feb 2026. My credit card has been charged for the full payment. Its now the 25th feb and i have not received the goods or any email from Zenoo advising when they will be sent. Zenoo have no contact number to ring. They only have an email address. I have emailed 3 times over the last few days and have not received 1 response. They have taken payment for goods thst i have not received yet and wont even contact me 16 dsys later to advise when the product will be delivered. I dont even know who to contact about getting a refund. The website says they normally deliver goods witnin 6-10 days. I would not reccomend that anyone should buy goods online from this Company. I will get legal advice sbout getting a refund if Zenoo do not contact me with an update within the next few days

Great service and a Fantastic product. Received yesterday and my 3 yorkies loved the beef.they couldnt get enough of the rabbit treats also so went ahead and ordered more.

I am sorry I’m having to do this but I have no other choice. I have sent several emails trying to in to cancel my subscription and organise a return
For an expensive order of food that I was charged for.
I have sent so many emails with only 1 response and nothing since.
I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of care and professionalism. Having over £200 taken from my account and no one is responding to me to organise a refund. Your terms and conditions state that refund before 30 days are accepted and now it’s over the 30 days which is think is extremely unfair when I have tried to organise this process immediately after i received the order. I would really like someone to rectify this problem accordingly.

THE NEW RABBIT recipe is just wow!! I have a dog who's allergic to almost everything, and I swear, I have tried almost all the raw pre-made dog food brands, and none of them quite fit my dog. I had almost given up, but then I found ZENOO’s rabbit recipe, which had a perfect ingredients list! I couldn't believe it! I quickly ordered a couple of packages and they arrived quickly. I even got some gifts, one of them was probiotics. I really believe that they helped my dog with a quicker transition from the previous food brand.

Overall, amazing customer experience, amazing food quality and most importantly they have food suitable for allergic dogs. Love the brand🫶🏼

I tried so hard to feed my dog a homemade raw diet, but he always either got an upset stomach or had diarrhea. I got so tired of it and started searching for alternative ways of feeding raw since I think that's the most natural diet for pets. After doing some research I found ZENOO, and I must say, I am so happy about it! My dog has never been healthier, he doesn't have any digestion problems anymore. Also, I don't have to spend hours every week preparing meals for my dog. We have been using ZENOO for over a year now and we are not planning to change it anytime soon:)

Literally the best raw dog food brand!! I have 2 dogs, the first one can eat everything and anything, while the second one is allergic to almost everything. Therefore, only one of them could eat ZENOO beef and turkey recipes. However, recently ZENOO introduced a new rabbit recipe made specially for sensitive dogs!! I am so happy to say that my allergic dog can eat it! Now I'm giving the best for both of my loved dogs 💛

By far the best dog food we have ever tried!! The best part about it is that it’s made out of the best quality ingredients. I think feeding raw diet to my dog is the best, however I never have time to prepare the raw bowls myself. Therefore, ZENOO is a life-saver!! In addition, since we switched to zenoo, we haven’t visited any vets! My dogs health improved drastically! I think Zenoo is the best investment in my dogs wellbeing ❤️

We signed up for Zenoo prescription for 6 months. My toy poodle loves it. He is extremely picky, he barely eats his kibble in the morning even when mixed with wet food, but he would eat his Zenoo at dinner time.
We took a break from the subscription because we got some freeze-dried as a gift from my mum, it was a UK brand.
After feeding the UK brand for over one month, it is clear to me my dog prefers Zenoo.
We have now signed up again to Zenoo and looking forward to trying out the rabbit. The turkey is his favourite.
Now that my pup is turning 1y/o soon and requires only 60-70g of feed daily, will be switching to 100% zenoo.

The reason I gave 4 star initially is because
1) once u sign up there are no free gifts after the first purchase. We were buying 4 packets a month as my dog was a puppy needing 40g of feed for one meal, and we were feeding zenoo once daily. - this has now be fixed by zenoo with some freeze dried sample with subscription.

Freeze-dried raw is very expensive, but this is an issue for all brands of freeze-dried raw. My dog won't eat raw which is cheaper than freeze-dried raw.

Hope this helps someone in making a decision about zenoo.

I was excited to check out this food on the website as it seemed ideal for my dog and exactly what I was looking for as a healthy food for him. However, I was astonished to find that to feed my 4kg dog it would cost me a few pennies short of £80 a month! That’s a ridiculous amount of money for a very small dog. I want to do the best for my dog but unfortunately I’m not a millionaire! I appreciate there are costs involved in making a decent food but the price of this food is extortionate.

BEST dog food for SENIOR dogs! I have a 13-year old beagle who used to struggle with many health problems. Since we switched to ZENOO raw food (about 1 year ago), his health improved drastically! He acts as a pup again. He has a lot more energy now, his dental hygiene improved and his stomach/digestion problems disappeared!

I highly recommend this food for all the senior dogs wanting to live a long, happy and healthy life.

I got my dog used to raw food from an early age, but I couldn't keep up with preparing meals every day because it was too time consuming. Thanks to ZENOO food, I can now stop worrying about daily meal prep, as I always have ready to use raw food that just needs water added

If you want the best for you dog, get Zenoo. My pup struggled with some health issues and vet recommended trying raw diet. I personally have no time, nor the knowledge of how to correctly prepare raw food. Therefore, Zenoo is perfect for me. My dog is completely obsessed with their food and treats. Ever since we switched from kibble, her health improved drastically.

I bought Zenoo as a last resort. I have an 8yr old Lhasa Apso called Benny. Remember, eight years, and whatever I gave him, he turned his nose up and walked away. Along came Zenno,and HE EATS IT. I am about to order his third bag. He only eats once a day, but at least its good food. THANK YOU SO MUCH ZENOO.

By far the best raw dog food!! I have a 3-year-old basenji girl who is a super picky eater and has a very sensitive stomach. I have fed her a raw diet since I took her from the breeder and since then I tried many different brands. She didn't like any of them except for Zenoo.

In addition, the company has very strong values and creates formulas using only fresh and highest-quality ingredients. Love it!

Honestly, Zenoo food exceeded all the expectations - not only the food as a product is 10/10, but the customer service is super quick and always willing to help and my picky cockapoo who refused to eat at least 5 dog food brands before, now makes sure that not a single drop is left in her bowl 😊
Definitely recommend.

Been ordering for the past year. Well... what can I say, my Bella likes the food very much. Also her skin and fur condition improved greatly after the food and some supplements that zenoo had to offer. Also, was really surprised when they sent me supplements for free with one of my orders.
