I would not recommend Zeller. We had an unauthorized transaction in our account, which we notified them when it was still pending. They said we needed to wait until it cleared before they could investigate it. So we waited until it cleared, and called back. The only person who ever answers the phone is a person named May. We spoke to May again; and explained the same thing and opened up an investigation. It has now been 90 days and we still don’t have an outcome or an answer. We have called multiple times, we can only get May who apparently doesn’t work in the “fraud” team, but is unable to connect with anyone who does. Super sketchy company and financial firm. Would not recommend.
Zeller have no fraud protections in place.
I was defrauded by a taxi driver using their platform to process payments. Zeller have no fraud reporting process except to send an email. I did this over a week ago and no one has bothered to investigate or get back to me.
Any reputable business would be concerned and take action if it was reported that individuals were using their platform to defraud people. But Zeller aren't. Their lack of concern and failure to responds speaks volumnes of how they might - or might not protect your business or the transactions of your customers.

I had a good run with Zeller for a couple of years with interim transactions but just out of the blue they randomly decide to withhold a sizeable settlement without authority and for no valid reason. Even after talking to the correct department promising it's all acceptable, and would be done that day, 3 days later nothing. I call everyday and get read a script from support - won't put me through to area. Support is poor. Follow-up is worse. I've had to take the matter to AFCA as Zeller don't seem to care.
If I could give 0 stars I would - 1 is too high. Do not buy this product unless you want over reach and a company that thinks it can breach the Privacy Act with an email. BUY ANYTHING ELSE!

Really easy to setup for my construction business. Easy to get payments from clients onsite on my phone or the terminal that I keep in the car. I want to thank Julian Boscoe especially, he helped me from the beginning and all the way through the processes for getting the setup done to sending through the terminal to my address. If I could leave zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. Holding money from small business and refusing to give it back. Never seem to be able to speak to someone who actually speaks fluent English. Cancels your business eftpos terminal with no notice. Avoid at all costs!

They taking too long, more than 24 hours to withdraw your money for first time, I had to pay to someone for settlement property but zeller took so long and my settlement was rejected, not happy at all and try to use Square or Tyro or now big banks can give you cheaper and better portable Eftposs machine with good services.

Bunch of thieves!
I’ve a had a Zeller account for over 6 months. Get my customer to pay me on Zeller. They want to verify my account and refuse to release the funds or refund my customer. I’ve called emailed and nothing for over 4 weeks. How is it that these types still operate????

Worst customer service,withholding $8000.00 as they say it’s fraudulent,when you ring your phone calls are sent overseas,now have to go through a solicitor and dept of fair trading to get our money back,do not recommend Zeller at all,the rep on the phone tells you lies,not a happy customer if I could give a 0 I would
I have been with Zeller for a few months now and I personally think they are great. The service is fantastic and they have multiple ways of contacting them to make it easy. You can text there support and within 10 mins the small issue I had was dealt with.

Each time I contacted Zillow, I received a warm and professional response. Every person I spoke with listened carefully and tried their best to cater to our needs. The final connection with the Adelaide representative was exceptional... he was available while we were setting up and went above and beyond. Simply outstanding service.
Absolutely terrible service, every thing we asked them to change they did something different, didn't answerer emails and a week later we are in worse position that when we started. even move us from administrator to a team member now someone else is in charge of the account!!! I mt admit the customer service is very good compared to other eftpos companies. I had a problem with a terminal and it was swiftly handled very well indeed. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Michael

Bank accounts simply do not work, 2 months later they want videos of the issue sent again - hopeless support staff. Don't waste your time.
