A few issues with an order here.

Firstly the legs and desk top arrived separately a few days apart which was a pain. The packaging to the desk top was completely torn open, but luckily undamaged. Customer service couldn't help in telling me when the desk top was going to arrive.

It was also not known to me that a drill was needed to drill holes into the underside of the desk top to fit the legs, so I had to go out and purchase one. This was not stated on the product page when purchasing.

Lastly and I think this is the worst bit, is that I left a 3 star review on their website for the product due to the issues, but they didn't publish it. They only seem to publish the 5 star reviews. So take them with a pinch of salt. Quite sneaky of them.

It's a shame as the product is pretty good, but the experience with the company was poor.

Excellent Quality and Service!

I recently ordered one of the slim sit-stand desks from here and given the price was cheaper than IKEA I didn't have particularly high expectations - but I was proved wrong!

The desk appears to be excellent quality, the finish/look is great and the speed of service was superb... received in 1 working day!

The assembly was manageable, once I found that additional one-pager that was included in the document wallet on the outside of the box; as without it the instructions are not 100% clear.

Overall - highly recommended!!
