Recently placed my first order with MyVolt.com. They sell some of interesting product and am very please with all but one of the items I bough which seems a bit average and could have got cheaper else where.

Items arrived quite quickly and reasonably well packaged, I would certainly recommend this company for its unique and innovative products and the level of service seems good.

Sent for a power cable, I ordered the wrong cable, got in touch with the company and they were so helpful. I got a full refund and they helped me get the right cable. Communication between them and the customer is extremely good.

TLDR: I got a refund and a free ripcord after ordering the ripcord and changing my mind.

I recently got a sp404 mkII which requires a converter to run in many countries outside of Japan. The one I use is quite heavy and requires constant power from an outlet. Couple this with a short cord and you really can only be about a foot away at all times. After doing some research I decided that I would get a ripcord so that I could use it while at work or simply in my bed whenever I want to make some beats and be comfortable. On reddit, a couple other sp owners recommended myvolts.com so I ordered one. Then after some time actually thinking about my decision, I decided that I probably wasn't going to use all that much because it's really more of a convenience thing than anything else, so I sent a message to customer service asking for a cancelation. Unfortunately, they processed the order extremely quickly and it was already on it's way! I really was bummed out but bought a power bank to prepare for it's arrival. Maybe a day later someone did contact me. To my surprise they gave me a refund and told me to keep the ripcord! I even offered to donate money to them somehow but they turned me down. I usually don't write reviews for companies (good or bad), but I feel like I had to write this to pay them back somehow. Thank you again and take care!
