Excellent customer service, quick and reliable delivery. Had some issues with DPD which were swiftly dealt with. No issue since using Royal Mail.

The Vanilla flavoured juice arrived in the post next working day; I'd bought 10 bottles. However, I was annoyed that no discount was given and even more when trying to navigate My Vapery site! I had previously registered weeks ago to become a permanent customer.
For this next transaction I still found the site difficult to navigate - especially when paying where it slows down! Logging in was a pain, just as before.
I see another site that produces the pods I use, and find it very simple to navigate, and paying is straightforward and fast. But My Vapery?
No. Hence, 3 Stars.
