I did upload my order/commercial invoice for about 7 days in multiples ways and always go an automated reply that it was rejected. I contacted the support team, advising that I had uploaded the details as usual and that I didn’t know what else to do. The support team only go back to me after the 3rd email I believe, saying that all was finalized now. It wasn’t the usual great experience and I have no idea what went wrong. Something was definitely amiss on the MyUS side but I didn’t get any explanation nor apology. I do not use MyUS regularly and the previous experiences were always! I just want to make this clear

Terrible customer service, there is no way to contact them, no one ever replies to their whatsapp number, I emailed them no response. What a shame, at least provide the option to contact a person. Will never use them again.

If you have been a victim of fraud by this company, I strongly encourage you to file a formal complaint through the official consumer protection channels in Florida:
1. FDACS (Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services): Handles complaints about deceptive or unfair trade practices.
2. FTC (Federal Trade Commission): Accepts reports of federal consumer protection violations.

So far everything good. I would like to have the option each time for the familiy member to have a place to pick up the package instead of having to wait and entire day for the delivery. But other than that, and the slow communication, pretty good.

I did not like your policy on holding discarding items that are of animal origin. Especially if they are items/brands sold in the US and were shipped to US already. In my case small leather watch strap.
