I attended the Interview Course with Ojas and it has been incredibly useful - it's so detailed and comprehensive! It covers all the content needed for interviews.
On top of this, the small group lessons with Amna have been really great for extra practice and helped to refine my answers. Amna was so thorough in her feedback.
The 2 uni-specific mock interviews were so helpful too.
I felt confident going to interviews as the course developed my wider knowledge a lot. I would highly recommend the Interview course, it's been a really great experience!

MyUcat has undoubtedly been the most useful resource in my preparation for medicine interviews this application cycle.

The work that has been put into devising such a detailed, all-encompassing programme to help prospective medicine students prepare for interviews by Ojas and the rest of the MyUcat team must have been immense.

The interview sessions tackle every and any topic that could come up in both MMI and Panel format interviews. Smaller group sessions help target preparation to the needs of individuals, ensuring that advice is tailored to the needs of the applicant throughout the application process - in stark contrast to the generic and one-size-fits-all advice that I've seen elsewhere during this Interview season. Truly, no other business holds a candle to MyUcat when it comes to quality of teaching.

A special thank you to Grace, the former Oxford Medic who ran small group sessions with a particular focus on Oxbridge applications. The group sessions with her, along with two mock Oxford interviews with Grace were particularly illuminating about what Oxford interviews actually involve and really put me at ease before my interview. I can confidently say that her guidance played a massive role in ensuring my application was successful!

I have no doubt that MyUcat's attentive and comprehensive Interview Preparation Programme is the primary reason for the Oxford offer I received this year.

I had a Manchester specific mock MMI with Zahra and it was very helpful. She created a realistic MMI environment and tailored the stations well to what Manchester looks for.
I was given clear, structured feedback for each station, highlighting both my strengths and specific areas to improve. I really appreciated the constructive feedback and how encouraging Zahra was, she really helped me understand where I'm at with my interview prep and how to make the most of my answers.

Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the cost. The support offered felt surface level and lacked any real personal guidance. Interactions within the group chats were disappointing, with frequent self promotion and unprofessional remarks about other organisations, which created an unpleasant atmosphere. One example that stands out is when the administrator screenshotted a TikTok video from dradmissions, claiming they were teaching incorrect content and should be avoided, simply because they misspelled a name. In addition, many of the administrator’s comments came across as guilt-tripping. Also, the administrator guilt tripped us a lot. For example, he shut down breakout rooms due to a perceived lack of participation, and only reopened them after people began to 'beg' him (very childish). Overall, I would not recommend this programme and would encourage students to seek advice from current university students who are more likely to provide genuine and helpful support.

I had an MMI mock with Sonali and I found it very beneficial. I felt that the tips I got were really useful to the university of my choice and the feedback given after each station was really great too. She also helped me with what to do when I get stuck while developing my points. I would definitely recommend her as a tutor.

MyUCAT is by far the best organisation out there for Medicine applications. I have been with them from UCAT preparation all the way through to receiving an offer from Oxford (my top choice). The interview programme is incredibly run with both large group sessions run by Ojas that help sooo much with learning content for interviews as well as small group sessions that are targeted towards your top choice university. My mentor Grace was absolutely amazing- very friendly and supportive (and willing to answer any of our questions even when she was busy), giving advice to perfect our answers, and helping so much with learning scientific content for Oxbridge interviews which I found so so helpful because this can be very hard to navigate. Thank you Grace!
As part of the programme I was also able to do 2 mock interviews with Moaiad (Oxford) and Reema (Birmingham), who both gave me detailed feedback on all of my answers as well as personal tips to ace each interview.
I would 100% recommend MyUCAT to anyone looking to apply to Medicine- they are the best out there and I wouldn't have been able to get to this point without them.

MyUCAT was super helpful throughout the interview season - super clear structure of lessons, help with A-level subjects as well as interview preparation, and very informative teaching. Shout out to Grace, as I was in her mentor group, who was super helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Mariella and Shrey for my mock 1-1 interviews were also great, and really imitated the real medicine interview well!

I joined the MyUCAT interview programme through the scholarship scheme and it’s been amazing!

Ojas’ calls every week were so detailed and helpful, and I loved that there was the perfect opportunity to get involved and give answers without any feeling any pressure. A really wide range of topics were covered in depth way which is perfect when preparing for interviews. I felt so overwhelmed at first but the course was structured so logically, it made it so much easier! Ojas is so calm and such a great teacher.

Grace was my small group tutor and she was absolutely lovely. Her sessions were so well organised and I learnt so much! Grace was so kind and supportive, I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to work with her.

My experience with myUCAT has been excellent! The level of help and support was incredible and far beyond what I could’ve expected. The large MMI sessions were really great in helping me to prepare for interviews in a structured way, and the smaller sessions with my tutor Grace were a really amazing opportunity to practice and identify any gaps to work on. Most of all, I found all of her lessons incredibly engaging and interesting, they really helped to make interview prep one of the more enjoyable aspects of my application!

I did my first 1 on 1 mock MMI interview ever with Amira and she definitely helped guide me in the right way and even though I only did 2 sessions, the content and variety of questions was more than enough to boost my confidence and ensure that I had most of all the knowledge required for an interview.

Was able to complete a mock with Jenny Chen who scored 290/300 on her Bristol Interview! It feels really reassuring to be with tutors who genuinely have the evidence to show that they are qualified for interview tutoring! She helped a lot with my tasks, and hopefully I’ll be able to book more sessions with her soon! Highly recommend :)

MyUCAT is comprised of an extremely helpful team who have taught me so much about medicine and what it takes to get into medical school. If it weren't for them I would totally be in the dark about interview preparation and would not feel as confident as I do going into it. My small group mentor Meerab has also been so helpful, refining my answers week in week out and improving my confidence. If I were to go through this application process again I would use MyUCAT in a heartbeat and would 100% recommend it to anyone applying to medicine. Feel confident going into interviews

I recently did a mock qmul dentistry interview with Amna and it was really helpful and beneficial. She had a very friendly manner and made me feel comfortable, and gave amazing feedback and tips. It was such a productive session and I would really recommend her as a tutor

My mentor Angel has been exceptional. She has supported me through both UCAT prep and interview practice and is incredibly helpful in every aspect. With her guidance I significantly improved my UCAT score, achieving 2390 B1 and developed much stronger interview skills. She helped me structure my answers more effectively and learn key medical hot topics allowing me to build genuine confidence in my responses.
