MyUCAT is a UK-based, evidence-driven social enterprise supporting students through every stage of the medical and dental school application process. We specialise in UCAT preparation, interview training, strategic UCAS applications, personal statements, and broader A level academic support. Founded by an Oxford medic and the highest-scoring UCAT tutor in the UK, MyUCAT was created to address a clear gap in the admissions space: a lack of genuinely expert-led, evidence-based guidance delivered by people who have successfully navigated the process themselves. From the beginning, our focus has been on delivering meaningful results rather than generic advice. Our nationwide team consists of over 150 carefully selected tutors, including current medical and dental students, qualified doctors and dentists, experienced interview panellists, and PGCE-qualified teachers from across the UK. Every tutor is chosen for both subject-matter expertise and the ability to mentor students through a demanding and high-stakes application journey. Each year, MyUCAT supports more than 5,000 students worldwide. Our students consistently secure offers from leading UK medical and dental schools, including Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial College London, King’s College London, and other Russell Group universities, with over 35 Oxbridge medicine offers in 2025 alone. Our teaching approach is rooted in proven educational principles, combining structured content delivery with personalised feedback, small-group mentoring, and one-to-one support. We emphasise clarity, strategic thinking, and confidence-building at every stage - from early academic foundations to final interview preparation. As a social enterprise, MyUCAT is committed to widening access to medicine and dentistry. We provide extensive free resources, advice groups, seminars, and community initiatives alongside affordable, high-quality teaching programmes, ensuring that financial barriers do not prevent talented students from pursuing their goals. At MyUCAT, our mission is simple: to provide honest, expert guidance and to give every student the tools, confidence, and support they need to reach their full potential.

Interview Programme is Spot On!
The interview programme honestly covered everything I needed for medical school interviews. The combination of small group sessions alongside Ojas’s large group sessions helped me so much. It genuinely felt like I went through all the content twice, which was really good for active recall and building confidence.
The small group sessions were a big highlight for me. Being able to say my answers out loud, attempt challenging questions, and get live feedback made a huge difference. My tutor Reema was amazing throughout. She was actively listening, gave really clear and valuable feedback, and made the sessions feel very supportive. What I appreciated most was that she actually tracked my progress over time and would ask me similar questions in later sessions to see how I’d improved based on previous feedback. That made it feel very personalised rather than generic.
The programme also includes two mock interviews, which I found incredibly useful. You can choose university-specific mocks, and I used mine for the University of Leicester and the University of Birmingham. The feedback and tips were very targeted and realistic. My Leicester mock was with Preena, and the advice she gave me was spot on. I actually received my Leicester offer just three weeks after my real interview, in the first batch of offers, which says a lot about how helpful the preparation was.
Overall, the support, structure and feedback throughout the programme made a massive difference to my interview performance. I’d genuinely recommend it to anyone preparing for medical school interviews.
MyUCAT is the most supportive and helpful programme ever!
Great support offered throughout the interview process. Honestly I found the large group sessions great in helping me learn and understand complex interview topics and how to tackle them, and the small group sessions were great in giving me good practice to improve my interview skills. Angel is a great mentor too! She was absolutely incredible in getting me the help I need to target my weak spots and work on those. This programme is genuinely the reason I got into KCL Medicine and I am very grateful for all MyUCAT's support!
Amazing for interview preparation and ucat prep
Amazing interview prep advice both from free and paid sessions. Free ucat session masterclass that was held in summer was 10/10
Judy Sheffield MMI Mock 1-1
Judy was one of the myucat tutors for medicine interview preparation and specifically ran a mock MMI for Sheff
She massively helped me with tweaking a few key questions, giving me confidence which was really helpful for the real thing but also just a really kind genuine tutor. 100000% worth the money and time to have a session with her
Highly recommend Judy and all the myucat resources (not just for interview prep) out there
The support MyUCAT offers to its applicants is honestly unmatched
The support MyUCAT offers to its applicants is honestly unmatched. The amount of time Ojas and the rest of the MyUCAT team dedicate to helping people with their applications is honestly unreal and goes far beyond a lot of other companies. Both the UCAT and interview programs are great value for money and has such comprehensive, in depth support that makes a world of a difference in the application process.
The interview program was very well planned with both large and small group teaching that prepared you for literally any possible question and made sure I was able to go into my interviews fully confident. Grace (my mentor) and Christyn ( who did some mock interviews with me) were super helpful in helping me prepare for the more unique, scientific parts of an Oxford med interview and thanks to their help i was able to get into my dream medical school, Oxford. I also recently got an offer from Edinburgh as an RUK student ~2weeks after my interview. Everyone at MyUCAT has made the whole process of applying to study medicine so clear and easy to do, and I would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking to apply to medical school :)
St Johns Offer from MyUCAT Interview Programme
The MyUCAT scholarship program was instrumental in helping me achieve an offer from St Johns college Cambridge: my first choice. The services, from the mentoring sessions with my group, the MMI walk-through lessons and the daily breakout room interview practise, gave me plenty of chances to develop my existing skills and learn a lot of new ideas, not to mention engage with an amazing and passionate community and make lots of new friends along the way. I was really fortunate to have been able to do this for free thanks to the scholarship program and I thoroughly recommend it to other high achieving students who want to achieve oxbridge med. I hope that Ojas and his team continue to expand and provide the excellent teaching and opportunities they do today.
Thank you MyUCAT!
Thank you so much MyUCAT for the help in aiding me secure my Aberdeen offer! Kudos to Justyna -- she was so experienced with the school and provided a lot of excellent advice for the interview! Would recommend MyUCAT to my friends and anyone else looking to study medicine in UK!
Amazing!
The course covers everything you need to know! I managed to receive my first medicine offer and it’s largely thanks to MyUCAT - I felt so much more confident going into my interviews!

I recently had two mock interviews with Reema and she was so so helpful compared to other mocks I had. The mock was really well organised and structured and similar to the real thing with really excellent feedback showing me key areas I was weak in whilst also celebrating my strengths. I also found that she was so nice to speak to offering to help me in any way she could with my prep. The mock interviews were genuinely so helpful and I couldn’t recommend her more 🙂
MyUCAT helped me to make my Medicine application stronger and more strategic
MyUCAT has a lot of really good advice and programmes, and their WhatsApp group chats are invaluable to any Medicine or Dentistry application. Information and support from MyUcat (especially Ashish Singh) played a huge role in me getting an offer from Cambridge

My experience of the MyUCAT Interview…
My experience of the MyUCAT Interview Programme was exceptional. As a gap year student who didn’t get in last year, I’m happy to say that I got two unconditional offers to study Medicine this time. Ojas and the MyUCAT Team go above and beyond to make sure that everyone is fully prepared for their interviews with their comprehensive interview programme and even opening Zoom break-out rooms every day at 9pm, so that the students have an incentive to practice interview questions with peers. I just wish I knew about MyUCAT a year before. They are completely worth it and recommend it to everyone.
AMAZING!!!
So supportive, helped so so much with interview prep, big shout out to Reema and Amna who helped SO much with mock interviews

MyUcAT does a great job at preparing you for the interview with its courses, as they cover all the content and make sure you are confident answering all types of question.
Super helpful!
Our daughter, Grace, gives very positive feedback of her experience.
With MYUCAT Interview support, especially the small group practice with Jeevan, she was able to prepare well & got KCL offer tonight.
Thank you, MYUCAT Team xx

Today’s the day i got my KCL dentistry offer, MyUcat has been so helpful from the strategic application sheet getting me all my interviews and the 10 week course for interview preparation!! Highly recommend this course
I got an offer to study medicine ar…
I got an offer to study medicine ar trinity. As a scholarship student, being offered this was incredible privilege and absolutely the only reason why I got into Cambridge. Thanks to their consideration of my contextual circumstances, I was able to join a programme which offers a holistic prep for Cambridge and MMI interviews. I received constant feedback on my questions, engaged in amazing science conversations, strengthened my confidence and reflection and finally met an amazing community of people online! Coming into interview season, I felt very nervous since I have never had interview experience but this programme gave me all the knowledge and soft skills that you need to succeed - I’ve also gotten an Exeter medicine offer!
Medical Interview Programme
Tutors are incredibly helpful in WhatsApp group chats giving 24hr support. Large group sessions also provide lots of knowledge on a wide range of topics important for all medical interviews. Specific support for A levels and Oxbridge applicants was also abundant. Included in the programme, I was grateful to have mock interviews from my small group mentor Liz and another tutor Amna who gave me invaluable feedback eventually helping me secure an offer from Cambridge!
Excellent service
I have taken part in several of the MyUCAT events, and they have helped me get to where I am now - currently a Cambridge and Edinburgh offer-holder, with two left to hear from. Their Medical and Dental success weekend introduced me to the organisation, as well as elements of applying to medicine, such as the UCAT; but the ongoing support through the group chat has ensured that I am always up-to-date with current events, something that has come in handy multiple times for all of my 4 interviews.
Winter Programme
I was on the winter interview programme and I found it incredibly helpful! The combination of large group sessions led by Ojas and smaller group sessions (my mentor was Liz) were so informative. Thanks to MyUCAT I secured an offer for medicine at Cambridge today!
