NEVER AGAIN
Not only are they masquerading as an Australian company, but they sent me an item through a delivery service so bad that I had to ask around my neighbourhood where it could possibly be as it wasn't delivered to me. Turned out it was dropped at a petrol station and I was supposed to know that via telepathy apparently because I certainly didn't get any advice to that effect. And it took me so long to track it down that it was too late for the event it was purchased for. NEVER AGAIN.

As usual the garments are top quality
As usual the garments are top quality. I hadn't ordered anything since before the pandemic when I had ordered a number of items including a black tuxedo and a white tuxedo jacket and shirts/ties/coats/trousers etc. This order again met my expectations. The arms on the suit jacket were a little longer than expected for a 'short' size jacket but other than that all was of excellent quality. Delivery was efficient and quick and everything was packed extremely well. Happy to recommend MyTuxedo who excel in service and quality.

It's strange
It's strange, I cannot even remember how I came to find your company. I thought it was through my ebay account, but cannot find a thing relating into this purchase. All I know is the payment went via PayPal and what seems to be less than a week my shirt arrived. In between was a constant update on the progress of the shirt, from what appeared to be production to packing and posting. A 'Kismit' experiance.

Easy ordering process. I messed up the measurements, and was disappointed you don’t exchange but I was able to order a new suit in the right size and the return of the other one was easy enough and the refund was processed quickly.

The returns process was quick and easy.
I had cause to return this item, and was pleased to find the return process was done quickly and with no fuss. This is aided by mytuxedo having an Australian return address, and having cheap postage from UK to Australia in the first place. It also arrived much quicker than the 10-14 business days estimated). The jacket itself was correct size, but fitted very uncomfortably around my shoulders.

Amazing service!!
The bow tie that we received was faulty - it was missing the buckle/slider part that allows you to adjust the size, however we didn't realise that this was missing until my husband was getting dressed for our gala event in the hotel room. I also ordered two tuxedo shirts for family members - they were different colours even though they were both white. In saying that - we made it work (luckily the lady at our hotel reception had some safety pins in her bag). We have always received amazing service from My Tuxedo. I really left the review as feedback for the company and certainly did not expect any kind of refund. I really appreciate it though and will definitely be back. Thank you!
