Ignored my paperwork request which led to denial
When they first filled out my paperwork they had dates wrong and my diagnoses wrong even with the medical documentation I sent from my primary doctor. It had to be revised several times. My company asked for more paperwork to be completed by My Trust Medical. The paperwork had a deadline.I emailed My Trust Medical several times and was told that the provider had limited hours and would complete them when he could.It has been over two weeks since the deadline has passed and my FMLA request has been denied. They have literally ghosted me. I chose them because they state on the website that the will fill out as much paperwork as needed which is why they are more expensive than other companies.

Great option to have
Our entire family had COVID, and this service was a lifesaver. I needed doctor’s notes for my kids’ school and received them very quickly. I also made a mistake on one note, and support got back to me almost immediately. The price is comparable to a telehealth visit, which makes it even more worth it. It’s such a relief to have an option like this when you don’t feel well enough to go to the doctor but still need a note for school or work.

I was having trouble finding a doctor…
I was having trouble finding a doctor that would complete my FMLA forms due to me not having a PCP. MyTrust was able to help me out with that problem. Although it took a few months with the back and forth between my job and MyTrust because my job was being difficult, I can definitely say they’re an extremely legit service provider! If my job is as tedious as they are and they accepted the paperwork then you too will have no problem at all with the documentation. Not to mention their support team answers within minutes of the email if it’s during business hours and are readily and eagerly waiting to assist you with any problems you may be having. Legit doctors, legit paperwork, legit service provider.
