They use fake 5 star reviews this place is a scam customer service is slow to almost receiving nothing I called so many times and sent to voicemail and never received my paperwork I contacted support which is the only email available and not the drs email or phone number to directly ask for my paperwork after paying for it.

I can only say thank you. I am currently pregnant. I was terminated by my employer without any notice. I needed to apply to paid medical Leave for my state due to pregnancy complications plus I was no longer working. I reached out to trust medical and was seen by a doctor on the same day who validated my pregnancy and depression. I received my certificate and signed form on the very next day. I submitted the form with her signature and my paid leave was approved. This was truly a blessing because I needed my forms to be signed in a timely manner because the state paid leave program can take up to 4 weeks. Thanks for all you do ❤️
