During the past year I've contact their technical support 5 times and every time they solved the issue in a timely matter. I would recommend Mytruehost.com to anyone who is looking for a helpful, affordable and reliable web host. They dont advertise all the details transparently.
They are extremely rude in chat.
My website is too slow and when i asked they said its shared hosting and it takes 5sec delay by default. Then I asked them why was it not informed in the sales in beginning. It means they are hiding so many information. DONT USE THEM AT ALL!! STAY AWAY !

the hosting of truehost.com I bought becomes very slow, that I cannot open the control panel site, then I ask paypal to refund, paypal will not support me, then I cancelled my paypal account, go hell, the money for them to buy a tomb for their families

I have used MyTrueHost for over a year now and their support team is amazing, Ben assist me with php issue and wordpress error today, he know exactly what he was doing and got the matter solved within minutes. 5 out of 5 star to Ben....

I have heard good and bad reviews about this hosting company however I was impressed when I used them. I was running a cron job every few minutes and on top of that the website itself was making
many AJAX calls every minute however Mytruehost handled it without a problem!

Downtime and poor support is all you get .

MyTrueHost is the shaidest company of all times. They are the biggest bunch of con artists around. Everything they claim to be is nothing but a lie. They are not 24/7 support and the only way you can contact them is their wanna be chat window and they respond whenever they feel like it. Like other have complained you cant do a backup of your site. We had this function back in August 2019, was stupid enough to renew with these cons, went back to CPanel and it was gone These crooks then reply back with the most lame excuse saying "everyone is doing backups and it slows the server down". This company has been nothing but one problem after another, offering noting but poor service in all aspects. They even have to write fake reviews to counteract the actual customers that use their poor service. Do yourself a favor stay away from this company! There are more reputable companies out there that give you better hosting for the same money.

Lying about their "Unlimited Storage"
You have to contact them each time to increase.
They talked about a "Auto-Increase" thing but it never works.
If you only need 4GB of Storage, and 10GB of Bandwidth then be my guest.

How good this service is.
When you are an old pro like me :roll:, you will have been around the block more than once.
If you can think you can find a host with ZERO flaws, well then I would like to meet them!
I currently have a reseller account that is saving me over $100 a month on hosting fees, and I have tons of space left for more sites!
If you want a real hosting account, Mytruehost is the place to go!

The plans are advertised as "unlimited space". However at some point the FTP stopped working and gave me an error "disk full". When I complained they solved the problem by DELETING DOZENS OF CUSTOMER FILES. I only found out later when clients began to complain. Turns out they have no backups for ZIP files. The data is now no longer recoverable. Extremely severe breach of trust. I recommend staying far away and not trusting "unmetered"/"unlimited space" plans.

Other issues... this host is continuously banned and blacklisted by email servers. I had to email them once a week for this problem which occurred at least 6 times over a period of a few months.

Since the company setup a server for my site, it has a few problems and I report them all. They took a serious part of my report. They really fix them up still it run perfect and made me happy. Now, today about 1 year, my website haven't been a downtime and if there's one, it will not be more than 5 min. Their tech support respond speed is exactly 15 min or less.

They promised me 30 days of warranty, but it was not like that.

Stay away from Mytruehost. they are fraud they closed my account 2 weeks before the expiry and won't let me take a backup of my site. They even remove backup wizard from cPanel when I asked them they said we never provide backup option!!!!

So customer can not take backup of their site!!! I had to use the old backup which I took 3 months back and had to do few changes.

Never recommend to anyone - do no register your domain or hosting with them.

I only have a small shared hosting account with MyTrueHost but their support is exemplary. It has always been fast and responsive. I recently needed to install some forum software and there was an issue with some library compatibility with the new software. When it became apparent what the problem was they quickly moved me to a new server with the necessary libraries and made sure that everything was working correctly. At all times the support was responsive and constructive, resolving the issue very quickly.

MyTrueHost is very responsive to my problems. I had a problem come up and their initial suggestion for a solution did not solve all of my needs, so they escalated the issue and quickly found a solution that met all my needs. I really appreciate that they continued to work on the issue and resolved it so quickly.
