I purchased ticket after checking that…

I purchased ticket after checking that it was refundable according to the website.
However, when I tried to cancel it, I was told that only 30% would be refunded.
It is very frustrating that there was absolutely no mention of this policy on their website at the time of booking. I strongly advise agaiinst booking with this company.

Definitely avoid

An absolutely terrible website. They lure you in with cheap prices (for example €550 for a ticket), but after filling in all your details and even your credit card information, you suddenly get notified that the price has increased by €660 per ticket. Complete scam tactics and a total waste of time. Definitely avoid!

What a scam

What a scam. Lies, lies, lies. They promise to manage the booking, but this is a lie. The flights were canceled such that they one left hours before the first flight. Did MyTrip do anything? No. Reschedule a flight? No. Communicate with me? No. This is the dirtiest, most corrupt travel broker on the internet, in my experience.

Never buy using these guys

Never buy using these guys, they are robbers and don't help at all. although they deducted the payment from my bank account because prices increased they cancelled the ticket and also charged me 40 Euros for admin costs.

I don't expect to get the money back…

I don't expect to get the money back after my flights were changed without my consent to dates that I cannot do, however I will be reporting this to the highest international organisation or the police in my country. Do not book with them. Do not give them your money. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful: mytrip and norse atlantic.
An update: I spent a fiver on Viber out credit to phone mytrip this pm and it eventually cut off. I tried to phone back and I went from number 1 in the que to number 55. This happened when I phoned this morning too. Also the options in the menu had changed order when I phoned back a second time. Very fishy.
Update: I received an email from mytrip that they have issued me a refund request to Norse Atlantic and they will go from there and send me the refund once they receive it. I will provide a further update in this post in 15 days.
Update: I got an email saying my refund has been processed and will be issued in 5 days to my account.

Do not use!!!!!!!!!£

I am disgusted with the service I have had so far with Mytrip. My departing flight was cancelled by the airline and therefore was entitled to a full refund. I have checked my refund status online and it shows Mytrip were refunded the money back on the 20th of October from the airline. It then states that once they get the money ‘our current average handling time for refunds after receiving funds from the airline is 6 days’. It has been two months and they haven’t paid back the £740. I have contacted customer service multiple times and keep being told it has been escalated (everyday for as long as I can remember now). This has apparently been escalated at least 6 times now and im on a ‘priority list’ if this is the wait for priority id hate to find out what non priority is 😂. I have received no update or when I’ve asked for a manager there is never one ‘available’ to speak to and all they can offer is them escalating it but never given any contact details when I’ve asked to specifically speak to the ‘back office’ that has ‘lots of back payments’ HAHA actually joke I wish I checked the reviews before booking why are they on Skyscanner!!!! One customer advisor actually lied on the phone the other day saying that jt has been paid and he’ll send a transaction id over in the next 15 minutes. I asked if they had it there why couldn’t they just read it out and that I can already see online it says ‘waiting to process out’. I have attached the ref number, this needs sorting asap or I am going to sort filling a court case I’ve really had enough it is my refund from the airline and not yours to keep. Appalling.

DO NOT use. KLM cancelled the flight (which is okay) but then MyTrip gave me 20% of the refunded flight cost. Which should have been 100%

This company offered the option to book…

This company offered the option to book luggage with an international flight. Eventually it turned out they can't deliver this service and our only option is to book it at checkin. The whole experience with customer service to fix this issue was horrible. We would not recommend this agency as it took a lot of effort to fix even such a simple issue.

Please do not use this agent

Please do not use this agent. Otherwise they changed your flight and ask you more than 3000 euro.

My flight had been changed to super early morning flight by this travel agent.
I got this email:
IF YOUR NEW SCHEDULE DOES NOT SUIT
YOU, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 5 DAYS VIA CONTACT FORM
So that I contacted with this agent and the customer service told me she can change the flight to different time which isn’t early one. I agreed and she told me she will let me know the results by an email. She didn’t mention the cost so that I think it was free, no cost.

I was waiting but nothing i got. I called them about the progress and they told me I have to pay more than 3000 euro to change the flight Or full refund.

I am sorry but it doesn’t make sense.

Supersaver.nl and etraveligroup.com is also the same company be alert!!

The ailine refunds but mytrip wil never refund you or charges you with at least the half of the money

Very bad experience

Very bad experience, they took my money without confirmation. I selected a flight, I was redirected to the payment step and request a confirmation code sent to a previous phone number i could not access and thus my flight booking was cancelled. Then, I bought the exact same flight ticket with another provider and verified my email to see my flight confirmation. In that moment I found out that Mytrip had finally charged me for the flight without the credit card code and now I have two purchases for the same flight with different providers and it feels very frustrating because I can not cancel and have a refund from Mytrip.

wouldn`t ever, ever use their "service" again!!!

I would urge anyone reading this not to use mytrip, just book directly or use a different agency.

Abstaining from the fact that there are numerous hidden fees (including a fee for NOT wishing to buy a service package with extra support). This is a joke of a company with disastrous customer service and values.

Every time I spoke to a representative of mytrip they would give me completely different information on the same case, would not hesitate to lie and ultimately would not hesitate steal the money I paid for my flight 600+ euros....

I definitely wouldn` t ever, ever use their "service" again!!!

Unbelievable... No booking when I went for checking

Unbelievable...
It seemed impossible but yet they did it.

I had a flight from Bogota to Paris, which was cancelled by MyTrip.
I called them every day to book a new flight.
They even charged me 30 euros for that.

Finally one day they told me they were able to do their job and book a new flight (Bogota to Paris, with a connecting flight at Toronto).
The flight was the 26/08. I went for check-in at the airport, but the company (Air Canada) told me that they had no booking with my name.
So I couldn't go onboard.
This is absolutely fraudulous. They basically stole my money, ie 500 euros !!

Of course, I called them. The first time, as usual, after making me wait for 20mn, and explaining my case for 15mn, they just hung up.
The second time, they told me that they couldn't book me a new flight before a week.
Do they even know people have a life ? I couldn't afford to spend one more week in Bogota, I had to work next Monday.
So I asked to speak to the person in charge. He was conveniently busy at that time, and I was told that he was going to call me back 3 hours later.
This kind of thing doesn't happen with My Trip.. Everybody knows that...

I bought a new flight for 500 euros, and I had to spend one more hundred euros for taxis, meals, antigenic test...
Plus I was supposed to arrive Friday morning, I'm going to arrive Saturday afternoon : more than 30 hours wasted...
That's not counting the tiredness, the stress, the fear of not making it for Monday and being blamed by my coworkers...

They are playing with their customers' lives. We cannot accept that anymore.
I'm going to hire a lawyer and suit them.
And I'm going to contact other people to work for a common action.
As you know there is already a class action group on Facebook.
Let's make it bigger and take action.

Complete criminals

Complete criminals, cancelled by flight, charged me for it, asked for a „management fee“ to return me the money and never returned it! My advise: use another service! Rather pay 3€ more than to get robbed!

No tickets and money gone? Can't be true.

We've booked a ticket to Athens for two persons, paid by iDeal, and we didn't receive the tickets. After two days we called and after an hour waiting, the service man said: "your request is cancelled, ask your bank for the refund". He ended the call in the middle of the conversation because he said there was nothing he could do. We've tried to get our money back via the bank of course, but the money is already been paid and on the account of My Trip. So My Trip needs to pay us our money back, but they say they won't. That's a crime because they have got our money, and we've got nothing... What to do? We're thinking of calling the police for this. We're just so angry that nobody seems to be willing to help us at My Trip (we've already called several times).
