More effective than Expected

I purchased the MYTREX Global ‘Dr. Heat Neck Massager’ before Thanksgiving. It doesn’t work, and the company has refused to issue a refund. I do not recommend any products from this company and will never purchase from them again.

I ordered a few items during the holiday. The help desk really helps out when I wanted to change my order. I cannot wait to use the equipment I ordered :)

I really like it. I always have a neck and shoulder pain because of my work. But much better now and can sleep well.

It has been a great mini gun that we are enjoying using it with light with 5 functions .

I bought Aqua Outto EMS Pelvic Floor Trainer from the recommendation of a YouTuber. I thought it would be an easy using product, but I felt a little bit disappoint after I got the product.

First, when I got it, it only contained Japanese manual, so I had to get English version from the web site. From website, it seems having more than English to choose, but it seems it will end up in English only.

Second, the instruction in English is so simple, I wish I could get a video demo on how to use it. I learned from the YouTuber, she suggested for people age over 50, it better to select strong stimulation levels to get better treatment, but your instruction didn’t say anything about stimulation levels. This is a device to release people’s uncomfortable, hope you can provide more instruction for people to get better result after using it.

I also like you put some video in YouTube, so we can get better idea on how to use it.

Their products are designed well. The EMS pelvic floor trainer works and I have only used it three times! The vibrating eye massager is also very relaxing.

Be patient, some of their products ship internationally but you can track with shop by navigating directly to shipper.

The gun is really light and manageble but it has enough power to work deep into sore muscles. Great to have the other heads to work in other small areas such neck or jaw, delivered to uk fairly quick ,reach expentation over all.

I used it for the first time yesterday, and the electric current sensation was incredibly strong. It was absolutely fantastic.
