I have to say that this company…
I have to say that this company completely givs nothing to trean its customers well. I am trying to pursue a warranty case that is completely impossible to get an answer on how it is progressing. The only thing I hear every time I contact them is that they are sad and I have to acept their apologises but working hard full time to solve it!! Well then Work harder, Im sick of hearing about how sorry you are.Never again these !!

Technical error and false delivery estimate
I ordered a product on a Sunday and got a confirmation email soon after. The following day I received an email stating that my Paypal payment did not go through. I contacted their support, and they informed me it was a technical issue and that they had completed and shipped the actual order. Great! I got the notification from Posti on the same day that they registered the shipment. But...
On the product page, the "Toimitusaika" (Delivery time) was "1-2 working days". When completing the order, the estimate was different and the fastest I could choose was "3-4 working days with Posti".
Well, after 4 days Posti had not even received the item so I contacted their support. I was told that I ordered too late to have a delivery by Christmas, but I did not care about that. What I care about is honesty and respect for customers. If you estimate "1-2" days on the product page, "3-4" (with a higher price) in the checkout and then the product is delivered after 6 working days, you are providing information that is misleading and wrong.
They did not apologize for the delay or anything, just told me they ship from Denmark so it could take up to 10 days. Sorry, but I did not pay for that. Next time, why would I ever choose a more expensive delivery if they are incapable of keeping their promise? Very disappointed.
