The website says the product will be delivered in 3 days max. It's over that for a while and still nothing.
I received it and didn't work. Junk.
So I sent it back 4 weeks ago. No refund as they say they cannot find it.

Laptop battery and the aftermath
I ordered a battery for my laptop computer. The delivery time was not super short, but it was ok for me.
The battery seemed to work fine in the beginning. Some time later, my laptop started showing weird symptoms and did not start up properly every time. My laptop blinked the battery light and said that the charger unit is not supported. I tried with two other charger units (all original Dell chargers), but it did not help.
Finally, I gave up and returned the battery. The returning process took a little time, but everything went fine. I got all my money back (purchase price + delivery fee) and even the returning of the battery was free of charge.
I am very happy with the outcome. Sure, there was extra labor and stress, but the main thing is that I could return the purchase item and get my money back. When I need to order something next time, I will use MyTrendyPhone with a confident mind.

It's funny that you ask my experience before I even received my order. So it's soon (tomorrow) two weeks from my order, still nothing. So very bad experience comapring to your delivery promise at your site. Please look what you promise about the delivery to Finland and thell me how well you really succeeded.

Good products/delivery, returns/change slow.
The Products are good and the delivery is fast, but it might take several weeks if you want to change some products from your order. In my case it took a month.
