my product did not arrive althoug it was announced a week ago, my inquiry about the sending wasn't answered, "Bestellungsstatus" can not be used because no password was sent. In short: nothing works.

False Delivery Times

False Delivery Times

I ordered on the 6th December and the company stated if I paid an extra 6 CHF it would be sent in 3-4 working days.

This was over two weeks ago , this item is a Christmas gift and we celebrate in 2 days.

I can no longer wait indefinitely for a confirmation number that they stated that they don’t even know when it will come.

They have falsely advertised the wrong delivery time. But when seeing all the reviews it clear they do this alot. Additionally their company number in switzerland does not work.

I have reported them in switzerland already and advised all to do the same. They are clear rules and regulations to false advertisements in Switzerland

Delivery was good

Delivery was good. It took 6 days instead of 1-2, but that's not a big deal; I expected it. The remote control arrived safely and undamaged. I'd gladly order again.

I did find the item I was looking for, but...

I did find the item I was looking for - but couldn't complete my order.
Tried at least 10 times, but never came as far as payment. Eventually I contacted Support, but the answer was: it does work.
Fine for them - but not for me.
Tried again and again - no success. Maybe this was due to my security program that didn't permit "data collection on the sly". I don't know
I asked whether I could order it per email.
The answer was No.
Not exactly helpful!

P.S. Strange enough - ten days after this post I did receive the Item. Don't know how they managed at last.
That's it for me with mytrendphone anyway.

Missing some abilities with the Web-Interface

- Missing the ability to switch between country stores: DE, AT, CH, FR
- Missing customer login for address, payment methods, history, favorites, documentation, ...
- Would prefer more search and filter capabilities

The ordered product is as described and works fine.
